Dreaming of the beach? Retreat to this serene 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom - 2 story apartment with private outdoor patio. One block to the idyllic Singer Island beach. Private apartment with own entrance and dedicated parking via access way next to main house.

Relax by the beach, or make it a "workation" destination.

Included beach club membership at Hilton Resort (5 min. walk) allows you to enjoy pool access and reserved spot on the beach (umbrella & 2 beach chairs).

Approx. 900 sq. ft.; all tile

Sleeps 2: King Bed; airbeds available

Beach access is one block down dedicated beach path.
Convenient watersports shack at end of beach path Get Wet Rentals for parasailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayak rentals, tours, lessons and boat charters. Or take advantage of the included Hilton beach club membership (5 min walk).

5 min. walk to grocery and Ocean Walk Shopping Center, which includes several restaurants, bars and shopping: Johnny Longboats, Mulligans, Two Drunken Goats, and more.

Minutes to Phil Foster Park snorkeling trail, Singer Island Marina, Peanut Island, John D. MacArthur Beach State Park

Ok thank you .We prefer the refund you offer us.We are living tomorrow before 10am.We have already wash the towels.We want to congratulate .You hose is clean, cozy and You and Michael have thought in every minimum details.The kitchenware new and good quality. Linens and towels are very good and abundant. You even prepare chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach. Your facility is highly-qualified and recommendable. Just one thing need to be fixed or improve. The shower is lack of water pressure.Perhaps the solution will be a small pressure pump at the beginning of the apartment water line. We are a 78 years old couple and for us was inconvenient not to have a restroom on the ground floor. Even though we will be able to rent again. Of course we will recommend this place.Best regards Graciela and Sergio Rubinowicz.
