Our 3BR home features an open floor plan living area, enhanced with a soaring vaulted ceiling and multiple glass doors that open up to the outdoors, allowing natural light to flood the space and create a bright and welcoming ambiance. The mid-century modern decor adds an extra touch of elegance and sophistication to the space.

Our central location in Palm Springs provides easy access to all the city has to offer, including casinos, shopping, hiking, horse riding, golfing, basketball courts, and more. Plus, we're just minutes away from all the cities in the Coachella Valley, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Getting Around:
As you drive up to the house, you can park your car on the driveway and also under the covered carport.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
In the City of Palm Springs, Occupant must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian.
Guest is responsible for any fines, citations or penalties imposed against the property owner for actions triggering a violation of the City of Palm Springs. Such examples can be found in our House Rules.
