Englewood Beach Villa

A beautiful coastal contemporary villa located on Manasota key, less than a 5 minute walk to the soft sand of calm waters of Englewood Beach. 2 full bedrooms (one queen bed in each),2 full bathrooms, and a great room featuring and expansive kitchen and dining area alongside the living room. Cook dinner at home, on the grille, or WALK to any of 6 local restaurants/bars. Rent a pontoon boat or jet-skis right across the street from the entrance to the neighborhood, or take a fishing charter out into the gulf. The possibilities are absolutely endless, and all of them are within walking distance!

Wonderful!

My family loved staying here. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and the beach. Having a washer and dryer on the property was definitely a plus. Everyone in the community was really nice and the pool was perfect. I’d recommend this villa to anyone.

The property owner Steve is amazing. He contacted us immediately and made himself available for any questions. This rental is exactly how pictured. Within a very short walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Located in a great area. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful quintessential Florida villa

The villa is beautiful and decorated as modern 70s. Loved the screen porch in the morning or to enjoy an evening storm. The villa had many starters and was very clean. The location is perfect many walkable restaurants, shopping and beach. The villa is located in a gated community with a spacious pool. It is also centrally located for quick trips to Venice and Gasparilla island.

Winter Vacation

We had an awesome time in Florida! The house was perfect for us. It's within walking distance to the beach and restaurants so no car is needed for that. The house itself is beautiful and excellently maintained. Beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We would love to come back sometime.

Best Location and Amenities

We had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic too. Renting bikes from Allure, across Beach Rd., is a must. My kids enjoyed biking all around the island. The walk to the beach is about five minutes and most of that is waiting for traffic to pass. The beds and pillows are VERY comfortable. You will sleep well after your adventures. Speaking of, I highly recommend a fishing charter with Elsberry Charters out of Boca Grande. We caught so many fish and enjoyed our fresh catch that night for dinner. Everything in the listing is accurate. The villa is well stocked and has what you need or your stay. The property manager is responsive and accommodating. You will love it here. Please take care of it! We'll be back. Thank you for offering this Little Pearl.

Not so secret Pearl

Cute, quiet neighborhood close to the beach. A perfect place to relax with family or close friends. The house provided everything but food and drinks. As a professional chef I appreciated the surprisingly sharp knives and kitchen aid appliances. My teenage son enjoyed fishing every morning and we were able to walk to the restaurants right around the corner. I almost hate to leave a good review in case we can’t book this house again due to high demand.

Beautiful villa, great location

The pictures of the villa are exactly as it is- Beautiful!! The location is quiet yet very convenient to the public beach, restaurants, entertainment (wave runners/boat rentals) and shopping. The host very communicative, responsive, and accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful modern villa in adorable neighborhood

The best of Manasota Key. The location couldn’t be better for walking to the beach and restaurants. If I didn’t feel like going to the beach I sunned on the back patio and sat in the front screened in lanai listening to the birds. Cookware in the villa is top notch as is the reno and decor. Very comfortable beds and bedding. It was exactly what I needed for my stay. Thank you so much. It was an absolute delight.

Perfect walkable location to restaurants, beach, and jet skis! Comfortable clean home. Kitchen outfitted nicely to prepare family meals. Swimming pool and shuffleboard was fun too! Thoughtful hosts. Made lots of memories! Thank you!

Perfect location!

This villa was fantastically remodeled and had everything our family of four needed. The neighborhood was so cute and quite and all the people friendly. The pool was great, the perfect temperature and sooo big. Best of all was the location. This villa is within walking distance to all of Manasota Key restaurants and a quick walk across the street to the beach! We would definitely recommend this place!

Great location…Close to everything

Great place for a small family or two couples. Very clean and up to date. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils. Quick walk to the beach or any of the bar/grills in the area. Owner very nice, helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay again!

Clean, convenient, and super cozy

We loved this property. The level of detail in decor and comfort was top notch. The beds were amazingly cozy. The location was just perfect. We were within a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants/bars, a souvenir shop, a convenient store, and more. There was great communication with the property owner as well. If this area is where you're looking, I can definetly recommend this little pearl!
