The house consists of a living room with dining room, lounge with TV and open fitted kitchen, WC, exterior storage room with washing machine. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed + a convertible sofa and bathroom. Beautiful terrace composed of a garden furniture area and a lunch area with a table and 4 chairs, a wind screen, parasol, barbecue and two sun loungers. Free Wifi available in the house. Private parking space. End of stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants. Animals are not allowed. Labeled 2 keys and 2 stars Clévacances. La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent. Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character.
