Great Stay At Shorewalk

We enjoyed out stay at the Shorewalk Condos. Property has great amenities. Frank is a very easy to communicate with and answers questions right away.

Shorewalk Condo in Bradenton

We absolutely loved the condo. Everything we needed and more. The condo is located in a convenient neighborhood. It is a short distance to Publix grocery store and restaurants. The beach is a ten minute drive. The beaches are absolutely gorgeous. Our first time to Florida and we will definitely go back . We will not hesitate to stay at the same condo..

Insgesamt ein wirklich entspannter Aufenthalt. Das Condo entspricht der Beschreibung. Bei einem Problem mit der Air Condition wurde uns umgehend geholfen. Gerne wieder!

Great place to stay!

My family and I love staying in this area and this condo was great! The listing was accurate and the beds were comfortable. We had a small issue with the Shorewalk staff because they do not own this condo specifically but the owner, Frank, was very helpful and responsive!

Very nice condo

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the condo. We enjoyed the lanai overlooking the pond and fountain. We were just a short walk to the pool which was a very nice 89 degrees. We would definitely stay here again.

Tastefully Decorated

Our host Frank, was friendly and provided very prompt communication. We felt welcome. The unit is tastefully decorated and well appointed with kitchen implements for cooking. Most important to me it was immaculately clean. The electronic locks provided easy checkin and access. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend it and stay ourselves again. THANKS Frank for sharing your home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shorewalk.

Just as advertised!

My wife and I found this condo to be just as advertised. We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the unit. Spotless! Spacious and well equipped, the unit is located very conveniently to everything. We walked for groceries, shopping and dining. Three weeks wasn’t long enough but will rent again and stay longer! Thank you, Frank, for a wonderful stay.

Some great things...new kitchen, new appliances, sufficient utensils. Some bad..you should invest in new mattresses, new sheets, new bedspreads and new bath and kitchen towels. The air conditioner never stopped running to keep temp at 75. Also, we came home the first night and there was a cockroach in the hallway. You should get an exterminator

As good as advertised, and then some!

My wife and I left here March 31, after a 2 month stay. We hope to go back. We have stayed in Bradenton the past 3-4 years for Pittsburgh Pirates spring training, but this was/is our favorite place. It has EVERYTHING you need and some things you wouldn’t expect (beach umbrella, sun-lounge, styro coolers, etc.) I left a fishing rod and tackle box so you can try the ponds out back. The amenities at the Clubhouse (2 heated pools, 2 hot-tubs, paperback book lending, shuffleboard, etc.) are what really sets this apart for us. Depending on time of day and traffic you are only 10-15 minutes to the beaches on AMI or great bar & grilles. We ride our bikes a lot and this place was perfect. Glad we stayed and hope to get back! Plus, the owner, Frank, was VERY responsive to my inquiries and e-mails.

Truly "paradisical"!

You never know what to expect with a vacation rental, even with great pictures like the ones for this home! The pastel colors in the decor are both restful and attractive! We much enjoyed the screened-in patio/lanai which overlooked one of six lakes where we could watch turtles and waterfowl. The two pools and jacuzzi were about a three minute walk away across a little bridge and past the shuffleboard, bocci and basketball courts. The clubhouse offered coupons and brochures for attractions, as well as books and puzzles to share! Additionally, we were just one street away from the "main drag" of Cortez Road where there are many great restaurants, a movie theatre, bowling, drugstores and banks, boutiques and thrift shops! Plus, about a 10 minute drive to the beaches of Longboat Key and the Coquina Beach Farmer's Market on Wednesday and Sunday.

Relaxing Visit!

The unit overlooking the lake was clean, walking distance to food stores (Publix, Aldi,) easy access to Bradenton Beach and Downtown Bradenton, the grounds were nicely manicured with a quiet setting throughout Shorewalk.

Das Condo entsprach vollends der Beschreibung von Herrn Scharm, unserem Vermieter. Wir haben uns in der Woche, in der wir es gemietet haben, echt wohlgefühlt. In fußläufiger Entfernung sind sowohl ein Publix Supermarkt, ein Outback Steakhouse als auch ein Applebees Restaurant, die alle absolut empfehlenswert sind. In kurzer Distanz finden sich Aldi (sehr gut für den Grundbedarf nutzbar und günstig) und Walmart. Zu 2 sensationellen Stränden (Coquina Beach am Bradenton Beach / Holmes Beach auf Anna Maria Island) sind es nur wenige Meilen Fahrt. Hr Scharm gibt vor der Ankunft alle Infos, die man braucht und hält auf seiner Website scharm-online.de wertvolle Tipps rund um alle möglichen Unternehmungen parat. Unser Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert!

Great month. Enjoyed the beach (so close) and the pools. Being heated is definitely a plus.

Very good location

Enjoyed our stay, this condo was comfortable, tastefully decorated and clean. Very good location, short walk to the pools, hot tub, club house, tennis court and restaurants. There were some nice added extras, free internet, phone service, beach towels and beach chairs. Easy check in, the owner was very quick to respond to my emails and questions. Short drive to beaches and Anna Marie Island. My daughter really enjoyed The Donut Experiment, the maple glaze with bacon donut is a must try. We would vacation here again.

good place to stay

We are currently staying in this unit, leaving on 4-5-2015. We have been here since Feb 28th. This a very nice unit, within walking distance to restaurants, food markets, movie theaters and variety of stores. The unit is very clean with nice view of the lake from the lanai. The owners are quick to respond if you have any issues. They have two very nice pools and tennis courts within the complex. We would definitely stay here again, trying to work out dates for next year.
