Family holiday or weekend with friends?

Stay in this spacious bourgeois house located in the centre of Morlaix and 15 minutes from the beaches. Fitted out and equipped for maximum comfort, it can accommodate up to 8 people who will enjoy a unique view of Morlaix and its viaduct. Close to the train station (250m on foot), this house of character is accessible in only 3h15, by TGV, from Paris.

What could you expect ?

On the ground floor, you will appreciate a beautiful living room (television, bluetooth speaker) and a fitted kitchen with a dining area. All the necessary kitchen equipment will make you feel at home!

On the night side, all the rooms have a view on the garden (and thus on the majestic viaduct). Of course, the beds will be made on arrival.

On the 1st floor :
- a double bedroom with dressing room
- a master suite with dressing room and bathroom (shower and WC),

On the 2nd floor :
- a master suite with dressing room and bathroom (shower and WC)
- a fourth bedroom with a sofa bed (small for 2 adults), television

A WI-FI connection is available.

Children are welcome! Nursery equipment is available to welcome them: cot with integrated changing table, deckchair, high chair, bathtub, children's crockery.

Outside, you will enjoy a magnificent garden with a privileged view of the Morlaix viaduct. You have at your disposal a dining area with a garden table and chairs as well as a charcoal barbecue.

Finally, for teleworkers, an isolated and quiet space at the bottom of the garden will allow you to work in peace (desk, chair, closed space).
