Beautiful apartment 150m from the Grande Plage and pedestrian streets, in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Train station at 600m (10 min walk)
All you have to do is put your towel on the sand, a change of scenery is guaranteed .
Apartment of 52 m² on the ground floor ideally located.
4G key waiting for WIFI (end of June)
Housing consisting of:
Living space:
- kitchen/dining room/TV lounge
- fully equipped kitchen:
Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with small freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave...
Night space:
- 1 bedroom with 140 bed
- 1 bedroom with 140 bed
- all beds are equipped with a duvet and pillows available
- 1 separate bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
- numerous closets and storage
The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the places and the beach until the end.
Household and toilet linen not provided but can be rented from the concierge if needed
The only drawback of being ideally placed is the resulting noise, it is a busy street during the day.
