Located less than 3 miles from lively downtown Palm Springs, this 3 bedroom property features highly upgraded furnishings and Mid Century Modern decor throughout. The open concept and large windows allow the beautiful Southern California sunshine to pour in and warm the atmosphere.

The covered lounge area along with the brand new heated Pool, SPA and the fire pit, surrounded by real grass, make this very private oasis the perfect setting for you and your guest to spend your holidays.

Everything in the house is brand new. Including the 3 mattresses.

NO pets (will consider exceptions based on dogs size. additional fee applies)

NO SMOKING inside.

$75 a day for use to pool heater (paid before check in using Venmo, PayPal or Zelle)

Wonderful stay!

Thomas’ place was clean, comfortable and decorated really well! It was a very fun place for our family to stay. The highlights were definitely the huge backyard and the amazing pool! The weather was a bit chilly, so pool heating was key. The hot tub was also so relaxing. Communication with Thomas was really easy and he was very responsive for anything we needed. We would definitely come back again!

Relaxing getaway

The property was exactly as pictured. Super cute decorations with a great backyard. It was nice to have the pool shaded and we opted to heat the pool, which was the perfect temperature. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked at home several times. Thomas was very responsive and checked in on us via text during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Would stay there again!

Loved this VRBO. Everything was so easy. Location is 6 min from everything - downtown, restaurants, hikes, airport, grocery stores, etc. Communication was easy with Tom and house was well stocked with condiments / spices, etc. Pool and Spa were great! Perfect temps for both of them with ample shade and sun. (Air temp was around 75*, pool temp was 85*, spa was prob 102*-ish) I am a total snob for cleanliness, and the place was spotless! Would love to come back !!

Fantastic stay

We had an incredible 7 night stay. Thomas was very responsive and accommodating. The backyard was a dream and my kids spent hours playing in the pool. We'd love to stay here again next time in Palm Springs.

I was born and raised in France. I moved to the U.S to pursue a childhood dream of becoming a helicopter pilot. After obtaining my commercial pilot license in 1992 I moved back to France but quickly realized that America was were I wanted to live, so i moved back at the end of 1992

I have been looking for a property in Palm Springs since 2017. Nothing really gave me the wow factor until i found this one. It has everything anyone could ask for a relaxing, private getaway.
