ULTRA PRIVATE, 3000+sq ft on a 10,000sf private gated property with pool and hot tub, Wow! Impressive & elegant modern estate-like oasis orientated to panoramic mountain views and fabulous pool/grounds. Unique, custom feng-shui-designed floor plan for grand-scale entertaining living and still fosters togetherness. 3000+sq.ft on one level- 3 bedrooms plus Living room, Formal dining room; Great room plus Kitchen, Breakfast area, Family room.
Large outdoor living space, outdoor dining table seats 6 under fans & lights on 800 sq ft of covered patio. 2 chaise lounges-sit in the pool on tanning ledge. Plus living room style sectional with chairs. The palm trees, fruit trees & backyard lawn are a treat as you enter through the kitchen sliding door. enter through the porte-cochere on the double-wide driveway with side parking for a full-sized motorhome or RV .
We are a super host and have received all 5-star reviews from everyone that has stayed with us in the last 24 months. Guests say the pictures don't do the property justice! We can provide a tour before booking too! We love to host guests from around the world into our expansive executive pool home.

It is in a great location as we preferred a private home that is not gated so you have the best of both worlds- your own private oasis but without shared amenities or having to go thru a gate every time you come and go. Super central location, close to LaQuinta and Indian Wells.
この宿泊施設の特徴
The pool and spa are simply amazing! And the extended outdoor living really makes this the perfect retreat! The pool & hot-tub is saltwater with a waterfall and a newer pebble tech pool surface. It's luxurious!
