City-center, typical "Breton" house by the harbor & beach

Just a few minutes by foot away from the harbor, the old city center, the beaches and the famous Thalasso center, in a peaceful neighborhood, we welcome you in our typical « bretonne » house, fully refurbished and very bright.
The ground floor is made up of the living room, dining room and kitchen which provided access to the garden both through the main entrance and a back door from the kitchen (convenient to eat outside). It also includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with an Italian shower and toilets.
The first floor has three large bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub, Italian shower and toilets.
A washing and drying machine are available in the basement.
The house is surrounded by a closed off private garden.
