Indian wells tennis tournament vacation

My friend and I stayed here for Indian Wells tennis tourney. Great location, great house really nice to have pool and hot tub in yard.Definitely recommend it and Chasen was wonderful and very fast to respond to any questions

Great location with wonderful amenities

This is a great location with great amenities. Everything worked and was clean. The pool was wonderful to use. The master bed was comfortable.

Indio Weekend

Fantastic property with an incredibly kind and communicative host. Super clean home with everything you need. The hot tub and pool were the absolute perfect place to relax after a long day at the polo fields (only a 4min drive!). This home & host combo, means we'll be back!

Nice relaxing home to stay in

Enjoyed our stay. Nice patio by the pool. The heated pool and hot tub is across the street so very close. The kitchen is somewhat dated but everything worked just fine. Good internet and TV reception. Not far from front entrance. Quiet neighbors. Felt safe in the gated community. Would stay again.

Perfect winter getaway

This property was the perfect getaway for Pacific Northwest residents looking to relax by pool in the sun. The house is beautiful and very user friendly as a retreat from daily outings. Our host was very responsive and his pool person was so helpful in figuring our how to heat the spa/pool. We will return!!

Perfect sunny getaway for two

My husband and I stayed here for a week and worked remote to escape the PNW winter weather - Chasen's place fit the bill perfectly! Chasen was very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. The backyard is the undersold portion of this home and we found ourselves outside the majority of the time. Wifi speeds were great for two people on video calls all day and the kitchen was well stocked if you're planning to cook. Joshua Tree is an easy day trip from the house and grocery deliveries were easy to schedule.

Great Location and Pool/Hot Tub

This property is in a great location inside the Indian Palms Country Club (good access to front gate). It has a small community pool directly across the road from the front door which is a bonus. The pool/hot tub area is the star of the house. It is private and amazing. My kids spent 7-8 hours each day in the pool having a blast. The house has lots of space and two nicely separate bedrooms. Lots of room for 2 parents and 2 kids. The house is a little dated but everything in the house worked good. Chasen is an amazing host and was readily available. We contacted him a couple times with questions. He always answered right away and would work with us until the issue was resolved. Definitely recommend this property for a great family get away in the greater Palm Springs area.

The heated pool and hot tube was the best. House comfortable for the two of us and easily would work for two more. Arrival instructions were clear and easy, and communication with the owner was OK when needed. Location more southeast from Palm Springs but worked OK for what we wanted. Clean and had enough items that you may need for your stay. A few updates on a property never hurt but all in all we could stay again.

Roomy house with all the amenities - and a POOL!

This is the prefect location for a family trip to Palm Springs, a Golf trip or, especially, to attend Coachella/Stagecoach. It's the only walking distance complex and it's just across the street from the festival gounds. Chasen is a great host and the house has all the amenities you'll need. And the pool is amazing!

Relaxing Indio House With Pool

This was a great house with a nice pool and patio. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need to relax at home. Property manager was helpful and quick to respond to questions.

We’d stay here again!

Enjoyed this clean, updated, desert oasis of a place. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. The owner is fantastic; responsive and helpful. Great location and great accommodations. Definitely recommend it!
