**NEW LISTING** BRAND NEW TOWNHOUSE steps from the Frostwood gondola

We purchased this brand new townhome because we LOVE the location and the unique floor plan. The home is on a corner lot, a short walk to the Waldorf Astoria hotel and spa, and the Frostwood gondola (or a free shuttle ride!).
The 2 car garage is heated, with ski storage and boot warmers, and enters into a mud/ laundry room. The main level has a fully stocked kitchen with counter seating/stools, dining room with large table, living room with large comfy couch and chairs and flat screen TV, a large master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and full bath (tub and shower). There is an outdoor deck with grill and grilling tools, and a coat closet and powder room on the main floor.
Downstairs you will find a large TV/game room with a huge couch, bean bags that convert to beds, and lots of space for lounging after a day on the slopes. There is another master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, and full bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is another bedroom with king bed, flatscreen tv, and sliding glass door that leads to an outdoor patio with spacious hot tub. The last bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a full on the top. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV. These bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Excellent ski stay for families!

Had a great time here! Home was immaculate and layout perfect for families or multiple couples. Movie and game room is awesome. Free shuttle to the Gondola was awesome for skiing. Allison was also great and responsive. Would stay again!

Spacious property in great location

We had a great stay in this property! Great communication with owners, friendly neighbors, a quick and easy shuttle service and plenty of space for 6 adults and 5 kids made for a fabulous vacation. Thanks for having us!

This is a must stay! Everything is better than the pictures show. A lot of family togetherness but yet there is an ample space to seek quiet time as well. The shuttle to the slopes was spectacular as well! 5 Stars Plus!

Pictures don’t do this home justice

Our Mardi Gras family ski/vacation accommodation was beyond our expectations. The 12 of us including two baby’s had everything we needed. The chefs kitchen made breakfast and dinners fun.

Fantastic place. Great for friends and kids

We loved this place and the owners. The place had everything we needed, and the owners were super helpful and considerate. Great location walking distance to the gondola and easy access to everything in Park City. We would definitely stay again!

A wonderful skiing getaway...

The townhouse was fantastic all around. It was roomy, well stocked, great communication from the owners from the second we booked. Transportation to get to the mountain was quick and easy. We had a great week skiing and can't wait to come back.

Ski Trip

This property was lovely and very well-appointed. It is very convenient to the Canyon base with easy shuttle access. It was incredibly clean and the owners were very responsive. I highly recommend!

Perfect location. Beautiful townhome.

This townhome is roomy and pristine, the hosts are communicative and friendly, and the location is steps from the Frostwood gondola and Waldorf Astoria hotel. It was well stocked, the hot tub had great views of the mountain, and the large movie room was a big plus for a group with kids. Highly recommend.

New Years @ Park City!

This was our 8th time visiting Park City and are very familiar with the area, especially the Canyons side. This place was exactly as the listing reflected and incredibly cozy with high-end appliances. We had two families of 5 and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the massive TV room downstairs and the hot tub outside! The garage was a huge plus having the boot drying rack and keeping all the snow gear out there given it was heated. Hosts were super attentive and responsive and we’d absolutely stay again!

Loved our stay!

This was the perfect location for us - we LOVED the communication with the host as well as the property!! The host was great with getting us into the space even when we had trouble and immediately got us inside . The shuttle to the ski base was amazing and provided a great skiing experience for us. We truly loved this property and look forward to coming back in the next year!

Awesome place!

This awesome place is lose to the lifts and there is a complimentary shuttle to get you to the slopes. Couple that with the fact this house has everything and is super clean makes this place perfect. The host was awesome. We’ll be back

Slopeside beauty

The house was everything we expected and more. They had 2 similar sized master bedrooms, plus 2 other bedrooms plus a huge family room for watching T.V. The free shuttle to the hill was fantastic, or you could walk to a gondola in a few minutes. We would definitely come back. We only had one question and the host replued immediately.

Great spot for our ski vacation

We loved this property and Allison was a great host - very prompt in answering any questions and check-in and out was super easy. We were 6 adults and we had plenty of room. The free Canyons shuttle came right to our door and picked us up with our ski gear and dropped us off where we asked it to in the Canyons, right around the corner. So easy to schedule with the friendly App. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Hi! We are Allison and Jason Dittmer. We moved to Park City in 2009, when our boys were 1 and 3. We moved here for the lifestyle- love skiing, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, climbing- and the great community. We love living here, and are so excited to be able to share our beautiful new townhome with you!

The property is really unique! We have decorated it like it is our own home, and it is a short walk (or free shuttle ride) to the Frostwood Gondola at the base of Park CIty Canyons. It is steps from the Waldorf Astoria, where you can purchase day passes for use of the spa and gym! It is the perfect place to come for a winter ski or summer golf, biking, hiking vacation!
