Great Fall Rates!

2nd floor right over the pool, the little ones will love it! This seaside themed studio is located in a beach-front mid-rise on South Thomas Drive. This unit sleeps 4 on 2 queen beds. Fire Department regulations limit the occupancy in our unit to 4. No pets. Our condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and pots and pans. The condo features WIFI, 50-inch Smart TV, sitting area with couch and recliner, and a dining are with seating for 4. Please note, there are no private balconies at Top of the Gulf. THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A PRIVATE BALCONY.

Our complex has undergone a lot of renovations and it shows! Come sit in our big chair, look for the turtles in our pools, and sit up on our roof-top deck at sunset! Shuffleboard? The kids love it and corn hole games are available. Our game room features complimentary games (children must be accompanied by an adult.). Top of the Gulf is the condo that just keeps getting better and better.

This unit is suitable for 4 people. Primary renter must be 21 years of age. No smoking of any type, including vaping. No pets.

The condominium is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, and is within walking distance to Pineapple Willie's, Juan Taco, shopping, golfing, and other activities. The primary renter MUST be 21 and occupying the unit. No absentee renters, this is strictly enforced by the HOA and Drivers' Licenses are checked in the HOA office.
This condominium unit is a NON-SMOKING Unit. This includes vaping, medical marijuana, and e-cigarettes. (Smoking allowed in designated outdoor areas.) Smoking in the unit, or any other deviations from the rules of Top of the Gulf (including failure to occupy the room without advanced notice) will lead to a forfeiture of the deposit. We do not allow pets. By sending the deposit, you are agreeing to these simple conditions.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Off-site parking is available. https://www.passportinc.com/blog/panama-city-beach-introduces-passport-parking-app/ Resort/Parking Passes and wristbands are issued in the HOA office for a $30 cash-only charge. Beach towels are not provided.
This family oriented condominium complex has a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, and a massive sundeck overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast.

Come on down and get away. Don't spend all your money on a big condo that you're only going to sleep in, save that money and spend it on the restaurants, Zooworld, Gulfworld, and the other sights around!

Perfect location

We made a quick trip to the beach and I was very impressed with location, the room and having chairs included was a plus . I will be back . Perfect for 2 to 3 people.

Communication was top tier, kitchen was fully stocked, condo was extremely clean with a beautiful view over the pool. Whomever makes the bed deserves an award; it was to perfection as if it were made for royalty with crisp corners and tight smooth lines. Our family comes to Top of the Gulf twice a year and we will definitely be marking this condo as a favorite. Fantastic condo plus excellent communication equals memorable vacation.

Definitely worth a stay!!

Everything was exactly as expected from this listing. Cyndi was wonderful with quick communication throughout the entire process and during our stay. It was a deal to be right on the beach, which I should mention was not crowded at all and felt somewhat tucked away from the more populated hotels and whatnot. The room was super cute and comfortable for two, and everything was perfectly clean (I was so relieved when I did a bare foot test that there wasn’t any sand on the floor lol). Top Of The Gulf was an awesome place to stay and I would definitely rent from Cyndi again!!

Clean & cute

Paul Bart( the mall cop) told us to "take it to our room" at 9:30pm when 4 of us were on level 2 smoking area. Felt like a bit much. Met some nice folks. Mother Nature didn't get our vacation schedule but we made the best of it. I appreciated that the Owner was always prompt responding. Hope to return

Wonderful Experience for a Family

The host provided excellent communication! She went above and beyond to use her personal number instead of the app for efficiency. My family especially enjoyed the outdoor game area that included corn hole, a giant connect four game and shuffle board. Snow cones at the snack shack were a huge hit for my little ones. The complimentary beach chair service is a HUGE perk. No one likes lugging chairs and an umbrella to the beach and back again when it’s time to go inside. The surrounding area had a wonderful indoor miniature golf course and arcade I believe that all ages would enjoy.

Not completely happy, but pretty happy

Beds are super soft, so be prepared if you prefer firm. You are charged $20 for a parking pass, which may have been in the original description. They put a Non Removable arm band on you that you just wear at all times. Since it is not removable then you have to wear it every where, not just on this property. I did not like that at all, and think they need to find a better way.

Just right for the Price

Room was just as advertised. It is a little small but you will mostly be outside enjoying the super nice pool and short walk to beach. ( also a snack bar, a little pricey but nice perk) Complex a little older but well taken care of. Noticed workers doing things all week. Having the complimentary beach chair/umbrella service on the beach was a huge bonus not having to lug more stuff to beach. Just your cooler and towels. This part of beach is way less crowded than further down to the left or the right. No problem at all checking in with the nice security guard upon later arrival the first day. ( as long as you pay attention to info and have your $30 cash for parking for the week) Plus, the property workers are sticklers all week for making sure you have your wristband on ( which I think is great!) Cyndi was wonderful communicating when/if needed about the unit. I would definitely rent again
