Clean and just renovated duplex flat, in front (20m across) of the coudoulière beach, with sea view balcony. On the second floor, enjoy two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a dressing room and double bed and another with 2 single beds.
Enjoy the beach at 20 meters as well as access to the coastal path, less than 10 minutes walk from the port of La Coudoulière, Le Brusc and its peninsula of Gaou as well as all the nautical and sports activities of the city.
Everything can be done on foot and the cycle track is just opposite!
Access to the Coudoulière beach and the coastal path are just opposite the flat.
Seaside district with the beach of Coudoulière as well as the path of the littoral which skirt the sea. The port of la Coudoulière (boat rental with and without licence) is less than 5mn away with its small shops and restaurants. Stroll along the beach or the cycle path. Admire the view from the Cap Nègre, 5 minutes from the flat.
At 10mn on foot, you will find the beach of charmette as well as its school of veil.
15 minutes walk to the beautiful and authentic port of Le Brusc with all the small shops and its market on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Less than 20 minutes on foot, you will reach the Gaou peninsula.
