Welcome to the Peachwood Guest House! Relax and unwind at this lovely home situated in a clean, quiet neighborhood just minutes from everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

This single family home features two covered front porches and a cozy fenced side patio to enjoy the picturesque neighborhood setting.

- 3 spacious bedrooms, including 2 with porch access
- 2.5 bathrooms
- 1,500 square feet
- 2-car attached garage
- Main floor Primary Bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite bath with shower, and spacious walk-in closet with built-ins
- Upstairs you will find two secondary bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom equipped with a queen bed and one has two twins. Each feature spacious walk-in closets.
- Smart TV’s located in each bedroom, in addition to the main living area
- Washer and dryer located inside the home and available free of charge for guest use
- 2 car attached garage includes wall mount for 4 bikes
- Additional free parking available in street and driveway

Wonderful house, exactly as advertised for us 4 family members to have a very comfortable stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. In warmer weather would’ve loved to enjoy the porches. Everything we wanted to see in Bentonville (Crystal Bridges, shopping) was only a 15 minute drive. Host was solicitous and very responsive. Would stay again!

Very clean and nicely decorated newer property. Convenient location for us. Neighborhood was quiet with many young children and seemed safe. Open kitchen and living room making it nice for gatherings. I would stay here again if the occasion arose.

Cute house! Quiet neighborhood. The main level primary bedroom was great for a family member who couldn’t do stairs. Matt is responsive to questions. Just a short drive to downtown Bentonville. Would definitely stay again.

Lots of room. Secure garage. Clean rooms. Everything one needs for short stay. Check in simple and directions provided. We arrived late so it was dark. Had to turn on phone light to see yale lock code. Not really a negative, but a welcoming porchlight would have been handy. Also, if we didnt get delayed at the airport it probably wouldnt have been noticed.

This is a great property for a family. We were my wife and I, both in our 70s, our granddaughter and her husband, both in their 20s, and our year-old great-grandson. This 3-bedroom house was perfect for our two-day visit in Bentonville. Street parking is available directly in front of the house and there is a large attached garage in back. Everything was quite secure. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, and the entire property was "clean as a whistle," as my grandma used to say. Matt, the owner was friendly and quickly replied to all my digital questions. We've already recommended the property to friends, and if we get back to Bentonville, we certainly will try to book it again.

This was a great house for our girls weekend. We thought it was closer to downtown but wasn’t too far. Owner was easy to communicate with. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Great time had by all.

Comfortable home—Great host!

Three friend came to Bentonville to see Crystal Bridges. The museum did not disappoint, and neither did this lovely home. Many thanks to our host, Matt, for addressing all of our concerns quickly. We will stay here again.

Perfect central Bentonville location

This clean, quiet, and centrally located house was perfect for the four of us to explore northwest Arkansas for eight days. It was easy to cook simple meals and play cards at night. Communication with the host was quick and seamless. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay!

This was the cutest rental! Located in the friendliest neighborhood, this rental provided the best stay for my SIL’s bachelorette trip. The house was spotless, decorated so perfect, and even had live plants! We travel to NWA several times a year, and will definitely save this property for next trip!

Clean and lots of natural light

We really loved staying here! There are lots of windows in the house, plenty of parking, home is very clean. The hosts left a nice book of instructions and things to do in the area. Check in and check out was very easy. Everything was just right! We plan to stay again!
