Very nice T1 of 22m2 on the first floor of a quiet residence located 200m from the port, shops, cycle paths and 800m from the beach.
The studio includes a living room opening onto a private fenced courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet.
To optimize the space you have storage, the lounge area with its television placed on the wall, its sofa which transforms into a 160 bed (2 mattresses of 80cm on slatted bases), a dining area with its extendable table all this overlooking its flowered courtyard.
You have at your disposal for the outside a parasol, garden furniture for your meals and two sun loungers for your rest.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
The kitchen includes a hob (two), a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, a plancha. A paid parking lot is in front of the residence with the first hour free and a second free 24h 800m from the residence.

Well located studio but…

Very well located for everything in St Martin. Catherine was efficient and welcoming. But the studio feels neglected - the sofa bed is old and difficult to pull out, the shower is not modern and the tourist information left for guests included out of date bus timetables (which caused us much confusion!(. Also be aware that you have to pay for sheets, towels and teatowels.

Bonjour Nous sommes désolé que notre logement n'est pas répondu entièrement à vos attentes. Nous sommes cependant surpris de vos remarques. En effet il est précisé clairement sur l'annonce que le linge de lit et de toilette ne sont pas compris dans la location mais que vous aviez la possibilité de les louer. (Également rappelé par message sur le site et téléphonique auxquels vous n'avez a priori pas pu répondre). En ce qui concerne la salle de bain, comme le montre les photos du site elle me semble très appropriée à ce type de logement. (Studio) Bien cordialement

Perfectly located for the town, beach and cycle routes. Quiet and clean with nearly everything you need for a short stay in summer, Suggest adding a bread knife please. The little courtyard is welcome on hot afternoons. Thank you for the parking tips we went to the free one 11 mins walk away rather than pay the Euro32 a day charge in the one opposite the residence. Bike store on site was very welcome. We hope to return

Notre sejour dans cet hebergement a été simpathique. a proximiré des commerces et animations c'était parfait. Gros défaut, a prendre note pour les autre voyageurs qui auront des glacieres, le logement possède un frigo SANS fraiseur. DE ce fait, aucune congélation de batons de glace, de fabrication de glace nest possible. Obliger d 'acheter 2 sacs de glacons sur le trajet du retour.Et pas de gros couteau de cuisine. Pour decouper melon ou poisson, c 'est difficile.A part cela, tout était bien.Cordialement
