Newer cabin - One bedroom, one bathroom in the Heart of the Hills!
Enjoy your stay in our quaint 16x20 cabin. The cabin is beautifully located in a valley surrounded by hills and rock formations. Cabin is fully furnished with a small kitchenette area, queen size bed, sitting area with futon and bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is supplied with all your cooking needs. Cabin comes complete with a coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven and refrigerator. A flat screen TV and DISH and WiFi is also in the cabin for your entertainment. Enjoy the scenery at the picnic area, where you'll find a picnic table and outside grill. You may see wildlife. Deer, turkeys, and a variety of birds frequently visit the property.

Ideal location - only 15 minutes to Mt. Rushmore, 2 minutes to Crazy Horse Memorial and 8 minutes to Custer State Park. If you enjoy biking, the Mickelson Trail is right up the road, 1/2 mile away!

Check-in was great! The cabin was very clean. We cooked some meals in the well equipped kitchen. There is a nice outside grill. We have two miniature schnauzers and they loved the cabin inside and out! It's convenient to everything and is super quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

This property was exactly as advertised. It served as our hub for all of our daily outings. It provided all of the amenities needed and was a relaxing location to return to at the end of the day!

Great quiet weekend

Clean off the beaten path. Right across fron Crazy Hourse mountain. Easy access to all the sights Mt Rushmore. Iron man road. Needles Highway. Endless parks ans atractions.

Awesome place!

If you’re looking to do some hiking or anything else in Custer State Park, this location is perfect. Very centrally located and close to Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, and Crazy Horse. The host was amazing with communication as well. Such an awesome place to stay!

Great stay. As advertised. Small cabin but very clean. Great shower. Convenient to downtown Custer and Custer State Park. Aaron was a great host and came through big time when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin after a very long day! Stay here! You’ll love it.

Clean and Cozy

Clean and cozy little cabin furnished with everything you need including coffee. Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Used the gas grill twice and it worked great. Close to all the attractions we wanted to see.

Great home away from home as we explored the Balck Hills area. We slept well after long days of hiking, biking and touring Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Jewel Cave. Close to scenic highways as well. The cabin had all the amenities we needed to make several meals and relax in comfort. The host communicated well. An updated informational binder is the only addition needed. Highly recommend.

Labor Day Weekend Wedding

We had a wedding on Friday at Sylvan Lake. The property manager allowed us to check in early. The location of the cabin was about a 20 min. drive. Close to Custer. Nice quiet location. Very clean!

Great quiet location near to all sites in Custer area.

Cabin was just as advertised…place was clean and on a quiet street. It is pet friendly and close to all Black Hills attractions. Only one slight negative is the water pressure in the shower was very low; otherwise great place!

1st vacation

Close to everything I wanted to see. I did not expect it to be in more of a residential neighborhood but the neighborhood and people were nice. Bed was wonderful. Everything was very clean.

Great little hidden spot

It's in a great location, hidden away in the woods. The cabin is 20-30 minutes away from all the attractions in the black hills, I would highly recommend this cabin to any of my friends. I will be booking this cabin everytime I visit the black hills

Great location! CLEAN!!

The cabin is small but has everything you need for a vacation in the Black Hills & is CLEAN. Everything we wanted to see was within about a 20 mile radius. Quiet neighborhood with not too close neighbors, deer was seen every morning. We would highly recommend this property.
