Relaxing Colorado retreat


Located in the gorgeous gated community of Arrowhead. Amazing duplex featuring two living spaces. Open concept living/dining/kitchen area is complemented with a private patio perfect to enjoy the Colorado outdoors. The house layout consists of a main level master suite with a king bed. There is a 1/2 bath located on the main floor accessible to the living area. The lower level contains 1 king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 queen bedroom plus a second living area. A second living area, located downstairs, includes a second fireplace, wet bar, game table, and small desk/work area.

Upstairs you will find a lofted area with a crib, a sitting area and sofa. Additionally there is a bunk room, with two bunk beds (4 beds total) and a trundle bed. Finally, there is a queen room with a jack and jill bathroom located between the rooms. *** Newly installed central air conditioning.

This family-friendly Avon vacation home is located in the mountains, approximately 0.9miles from Arrowhead Ski Area and Arrow Bahn Express Lift. Henry A. Nottingham Park and Beaver Creek Golf Course are also within 2 mi (3 km).

Ski vacation

Property is well kept and very nice. Short distance from Arrowhead lift. Hostess was very helpful with suggestions for dinner and rentals. Overall a great experience.

Family Thanksgiving in the mountains!

We loved our time at the house. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes for our Thanksgiving meal! The floor plan worked great for our family and it was a great location. We had a beautiful snow storm while there and loved walking in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again!

Great 5 bedroom home in a perfect location for a Colorado getaway. Pickleball and tennis court access. Country club restaurant was a plus.

Fantastic family holiday

We had a wonderful stay at the well appointed and stocked house. They thought of everything! We have stayed in the Vail valley and in Avon many times over the years but really enjoyed the Arrowhead Area. It was a lot of fun and within walking distance to a lovely restaurant and the pool was a hit with my grandson! We hope to be back again soon!

Skiing Beaver Creek 2024

The property owner was very prompt in responding to communications. The home was very nice and kitchen well outfitted w cook dinner ware; helpful to us as we enjoy family cooking. Beds were very comfortable. We always stay in the village area, as the shuttle service is easy, efficient and reliable. Highly recommend!

Family reunion

We had a great family reunion. The house was spacious and had good work spaces for everyone that was working remotely. Loved the area! A great place to take our grandsons for walks. The only suggestion would be to have some bigger pots, pans, bowls etc. in the kitchen since the house can hold a large number of people.

Great setup for a large family

We had 4 couples and 2 children. The house accommodated our large party size and everyone had plenty of relaxation room. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking implements (the best i’ve ever encountered). The only CON was the hot-tub was not hot enough. It was lukewarm, which meant we couldn't use it. It’s a communal tub so I dont blame the owners. Most importantly, I would stay here again.

Awesome townhome in Arrowhead

Our family had a fantastic time in Arrowhead at this meticulously maintained townhouse that felt more like a single family home. This was our last chance to have a vacation with our college aged children before they headed back to school and this home provided lots of space (and bathrooms!) to get ready for a day on the mountain with ease but come together as a family at night. The well appointed kitchen and outdoor grill worked well for feeding a hungry group and many memories were made around the game table on the lower level. The owner's attention to detail was much appreciated in addition to the close proximity to Arrowhead which was a short (less than 2 minute) curbside shuttle trip away while still being close to Edwards for take-out and groceries. This was one of our favorite retreats and an easy trip from Denver. Highly recommend this property and looking forward to the next trip to see what has been added to the "pay it forward" beverage refrigerator!

Perfect layout for multi-family vacation, responsive host

This property is situated in a lovely gated community with a playground for children and an on-site outdoor pool. The icing on the cake for a multi-family vacation is the layout of the house. Here's how we used it. The lowest floor has two queen BRs and two baths, plus a rec room. One family of mom, dad, and toddler stayed here. The separate BR for the toddler was useful since she went to bed before everyone else. The rec room area was great for diaper changes. The main floor has a spacious primary suite with a king bed. Grandparents stayed here. The second floor has a queen BR (another family's mom and dad here) and a 4-bed bunk room (two children here), plus a bathroom. Each family had its own bathroom. Any noise from the main floor was isolated from children's bedrooms on the lower and upper floors. Additionally, the house is in pristine condition and very well furnished. The owners obviously spend time here (it's not purely a rental) because appliances and kitchenware are top end. Perhaps best of all, Meg is the most responsive host I have ever dealt with and we have stayed at many VRBO properties. You can't go wrong here; you'll love it.

Wonderful Property for Family Gathering

The house was a perfect set up to gather with our 4 adult kids- plenty of room to spread out and also to gather. Clean, well-stocked and Meg could not have been easier to coordinate with. We’d absolutely rent again!

Christmas with family

Very large part of attached home that does not feel like an attached home- large bedrooms, living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood, close to skiing in BC or Vail. Made for a joyous Christmas gathering and comfortable 5 nights with our adult sons and girlfriends. Would definitely book again!

Great Spot

A few friends and I stayed here for a wedding this fall. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for several adult couples. It is pretty close to town which made everything easy on us for the weekend. I hope to come back and rent again during ski season!

Cozy Retreat

We had a great experience renting this house! The owner/manager could not have been nicer or more helpful. When we arrived, there was a heat wave, and she had 4 more fans delivered to the house to keep things cool. Their house manager came over to put them together and set them up for us. He was very nice and also fixed a toilet that was running. The owner’s cleaning crew was also very nice and efficient. It is an extremely well stocked house! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bathrooms, too, all had plenty of soap, TP, Kleenex, etc. to last until we went to the store. It was very clean, the beds comfortable, living room too. Would definitely rent it again!
