Charming Breton cottage from the 1900s, fully renovated

La Maison des Dunes is a charming 1900s Breton cottage, 78 m², beautifully renovated, comfortable, and fully equipped, with a small garden and wooden terrace. Ideally located on a quiet lane in the center of Guilvinec, it's just a few minutes' walk from the beach.
Your accommodation: House for 3/4 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 laundry room, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, garden, pets allowed.
Layout Ground floor:
- Living/dining room with a TV and sofa - Fully fitted and equipped kitchen - Laundry room with washing machine - Separate WC - Bathroom with shower Upstairs: - Bedroom with a double bed (160cm) - Bedroom with a single bed (90cm) + adult-sized Japanese futon and tatami mat (traditionally used to support the futon)
Outside: - South-facing terrace with garden furniture for enjoying meals outdoors in the sun (parasol available) - Free public parking: located 70m away or free street parking
Location: - 2-minute walk to the town center, market, shops, and the port where you can watch the boats return - 6-minute walk to Grève Blanche beach and a playground facing the sea - 10-minute walk to the beach Yellow Beach

Bath towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional and available upon request after your booking:
- Towel kit rental (1 large + 1 small): €8 per person. (Free for stays of 2 weeks or more and between July 9th and August 27th)
- End-of-stay cleaning: For a short stay: €30, for 5 nights or more: €40, and for 12 nights or more: €60.
