Location is key! Easy access to Riverwatch Pkwy, Washington Rd, i-20, the medical district and Ft. Gordon. Located off Stevens Creek Rd, this townhome offers an ideal commute to Augusta University Medical Center, University Hospital, Doctors Hospital, the VA and even Fort Gordon. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby and a quiet street for those on night shift and sleeping during the day. This is a spacious 3 bedroom home with an open floor plan. Granite countertops in the kitchen. Master bedroom is on the main floor, with its own private bath and walk-in closet. Master has a king size bed and a 50" television. Cute front porch and small back deck with patio furniture and a grill. Half bath and laundry are also on the main floor. Washer and dryer with laundry soap are included. Upstairs is a loft area and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Large bathroom is shared on this floor. Short and long term options available.

Wonderful stay for the Masters!

Tremendous stay for our Masters trip. The house was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. Chance is a great host - we especially appreciated the sweet treats that were left for us to enjoy. Everything anyone could need when visiting Augusta can be found at this house - 5 stars!

Clean and convenient

Perfect location while visiting Augusta for the Masters. The home was clean and well furnished. We were all very pleased with the place and will stay here again as soon as we win the Masters ticket lottery again. We will keep our fingers crossed.

Convenient location to Master's and restaurants on Broad street

This VRBO is in a small neighborhood of duplex's. The house was great for our group. Convenient drive to the Master's as well as the Broad street area. Nice sitting area. Our only complaint- each bed has three pillows and one blanket, we would have appreciated some extras.

Great Masters Week stay!!

From the moment we booked, our host was outstanding! He was clear in communication and super timely in responding to every question. The place we booked was perfect for our needs. And every detail was hit. We walked in to odd/ends needs- from snacks, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and our favorite- a box of Masters themed cookies from the local bakery. The house was spotless, the host was accommodating. Without question, we’d stay again!

Family December Weekend Event

We had a wedding jn Augusta and a while ago a spotted this property to lodge 4 adults in near proximity to the various wedding-related venues. My choice was great for that, no more than 10minutes each place. And I chose a very comfortable room layout for all the sports viewing we had the delight to watch in between wedding events. We all slept soundly and comfortably as well.

Close to Augusta National Golf Club

The location and beautiful condition of the property was really a 5 star. However, the townhouse neighborhood, while quiet, seemed really crowded with parked cars everywhere. There were 2 gorgeous big screen tvs, but they were a challenge to figure out how to operate. However, once we contacted the owner, he came right over to demonstrate how to change channels and find live tv stations. The kitchen was well stocked with china, cooking pots, etc. Also, close to lots of restaurants. The upstairs had 2 additional bedrooms and a large shared bathroom. Extra tv in one of the bedrooms, large sitting area up there overlooking the downstairs. Tastefully decorated throughout.

Conveniently located, great for families

This property was a perfect place for our family of 5 to stay. Even though it looked small on the outside, there was plenty of space for us to be comfortable inside. There were at least 3 tvs in various rooms, and plenty of fresh linens & pillows available. Although we didn't use the back patio, it looked like it would be a wonderful spot to grill out during nice weather. The kitchen was great for preparing food and cooking and was adequately stocked. Definitely a fantastic property for the price, and you can't beat the location!
