1 kitchen with balcony facing south, with 4 gas hob, small fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven -
1 double room for 2 people with duvet, overlooking the balcony SEA VIEW -
1 bathroom with shower and sink -
Separate WC -
Free WIFI. Washing machine. Gas heating. Private parking space. Balcony furniture. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.)
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week).

Lively beach with restaurants, mini golf and beach club (summer), nautical club, thalasso, casino, departure of the stars for the visit of the Archipelago of the 7 Islands, the largest ornithological reserve in France.
