Saint Georges de Didonne du 9 au 18 Septembre 2023

Bonjour, Gestionnaire : Square Habitat. Nous avons été surpris : 1 - 460 € de caution dont @60€ pour le ménage. Tellement pointilleux sur la caution qu’il commercialise une assurance caution ? 2 - pas de drap ni de linge ( faut chercher dans l’annonce pour le savoir) 3 - j’ai dû louer une box alors qu’il y en avait une d’orange dans l’appartement. Ils m’ont remboursé tout en ignorant s’ils ont annulé la caution ( Pas de nouvelle) 4 - la machine à laver le linge complètement obsolète. Mention portée à l’état des lieux non contradictoires. Personne n’est venue constater. 5 - Nous sommes partis un jour plus tôt après un ménage soigné malgré le fait que l’aspirateur marchait mal. Vérification : le sac n’était pas le bon et tout passait dans le moteur. La prochaine fois, nous éviterons Square Habitat. Quand à Abritel que nous avons utilisé, nous n’avons pas compris le statut juridique dans cette affaire. Nous avons écris à Square habitat ….. sans réponse. Cordialement Michel et Carherine DECOUIS
