Near a horse riding centre and bordered by a river, it is close to the seaside, the Yves Marsh Nature Reserve and a golf course.

This 105 m2 house, surrounded by a garden, has a sheltered terrace, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an office.

The house is fully air-conditioned. The living area and each bedroom have their own thermostat.

The first bedroom, which opens onto the terrace, has a double bed (160cm) and a large dressing, while the second has two single beds (90cm) and a dressing too.

Services offered by our concierge, our co-host:

- Upon request, bed linen can be provided for single beds (90 cm), with beds made up on arrival, as well as towels, for a fee of €11 per bed.

The bed in the double bedroom is included in the reservation.

- According to your wishes, and on estimate/invoice, your shopping can be done and set up before your arrival, as well as other services related to the preparation of your stay.

The concierge service will welcome you on arrival, scheduled from 4pm, with departure before 10am.
