Welcome to What If Beach House Lower-Level Apartment! Nestled in beautiful Cherry Grove Beach, SC—home to one of Tripadvisor's Top 25 Beaches in the U.S.—this charming coastal retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home is thoughtfully designed as two completely separate apartments. The upper level has its own private entrance, and there are no shared indoor spaces between the two units. Your private lower-level apartment offers convenient off-street parking and its own entrance. Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a comfortable living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry—everything you need for a carefree beach getaway. Best of all, you're just a 2-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun, searching for seashells, or taking evening walks along the shore. When you're ready to cool off, enjoy our spacious 16' × 32' private swimming pool, shared only with guests staying in the upstairs apartment. Pool heating is available October through March for $299 per stay, maintaining a comfortable temperature of approximately 80–90°F, weather permitting.

Perfect size for 3-4 people. Very short walk to the beach and the private pool was a plus! If you are planning on going with a larger group, both units would be great.

We had such a wonderful stay at What If Beach House! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the beach and everything nearby.The house truly felt like a home away from home. We made so many special memories here, and it was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and spend quality time together. The hosts clearly take pride in their property, and it shows in all the thoughtful touches.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend What If Beach House to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to make lasting beach memories. Walking distance to beach, clean home, comfortable beds, swimming pool in the backyard, really nice neighborhood, grocery shopping conveniently right down the street.. I could go on and on. We loved it and would 100% stay here again

Perfect getaway! Highly recommended!

This could not have been any better. Lots of space, beautiful furnishings, 2-3 minute walk to the beach, and your own amazing private pool in the backyard. Kendall and TJ have put lots of work into this rental and it is very well kept. We will definitely be repeat visitors! Can’t wait to go back.

Great place

Great location not too crowded on July 4th. Great beach and only a short walk with our wagon. The house was clean and modern and it had everything we needed for 5 nights. TVs had plenty of channel choices. The private pool was awesome. Probably one of the nicest and cleanest I've seen. One of our best beach trips ever.

Blue Heaven

This is our second visit for a girls getaway and it was the perfect place to enjoy the beach. We were only steps away from the beach and enjoyed the private pool in the back as well! The homeowners have thought of everything from sunscreen, snacks, towels, water and even chocolates and phone chargers by the bedside! The house is also so clean and beautifully decorated! We loved it and are planning another visit in the fall. Thank you What If Beach House!

Blue Heaven!

This was a perfect place for a birthday trip with my friend! Only 250 steps from the beach??!! Yes! It was very clean and beautifully decorated! The owner was very quick in her responses and very helpful! We can’t wait to go back when it gets warmer!
