Beautiful! We've stayed at a few condos in Wailea Elua over the years and none were as beautiful as this. Randy and Julie provide everything you need to feel right at home. The grounds are well- maintained and gorgeous. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in the future. Thank you!!

Best Wailea stay ever..

Seasoned Maui lovers on our 7th visit. We've stayed all over the island from Upcountry to Kapalua to Hana and Wailea. While they all have their charms, Wailea is the perfect mixture of beautiful beaches, golf courses, and with facilities and restaurants all in easy walking distances. We love the area and this condo was even better than advertised. A spectacular property with all the comforts of home and then some. Beautiful views, well decorated and a great lanai for lounging and sunsets. Will be back.

Lovely condo!

Your condo was lovely! Impeccably clean, well stocked, so nicely decorated. It Had everything needed for a home away. Including small things like a water cooker and ziplock bags 👏and I Loved the electric blinds :) I found the binder and all specifics for the condo inside easily. … Oh and the gate keepers were all friendly:) Check out was smooth. Would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful accomodations!

We were able to rent Randy's property for our 2 son's and their girlfriends to celebrate pappa's 60th birthday. It was clean and classy. It is exactly as described to be and they are very very responsive and went above and beyond to provide recommendations. We look forward to booking again in our future travels to Maui.

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is very very nice with high end touches. The entire property is beautiful. This condo has great pool and beach access. It is also close to shops and restaurants.

Great stay!

Loved the thoughtfulness that went behind each detail in this home. It made our stay feel that much more comfortable. Great location to just chill around the beach or by the pool and yet central to visit other areas on Maui. Beautifully maintained both outside on grounds as well as interior.

I am a convert to condos!

We loved the great care that the owners have taken in decorating this home with such special items. We cooked a few times for dinner and ate breakfast on the lanai every morning. The kitchen is fabulous and they have thought of everything that a cook needs. The beds are also very comfortable, and it is such a quiet, peaceful location. The closets are also roomy and thoughtfully laid out and the bathrooms are well designed. The main pool is perfectly located by the beach, and I snorkeled at the beach almost every morning. Lots of turtles! We also snorkeled at Ahihi Nature Preserve and that was special. The people volunteering there were great. The hidden gem is definitely the private overlook down the path from the condo and we spent almost every evening there watching the sunset. Check in was very easy and clear. The crew who run the condo are just first rate all the way around. We've been going to Maui since 2000 and this was our first time to rent a condo. Our last two trips we stayed in Wailea but at hotels including the Hotel Wailea, the Four Seasons and the Andaz. Frankly, you get so much more bang for your buck at your wonderful condo. And you have laundry facilities handy! I visited Iao Valley State Monument for the first time and that was neat and a nice drive. On the way back, we stopped at the Maui Plantation, which was unexpectedly delightful. We ate at Hali'imaile General Store three times -- it's my favorite place to eat in Maui!

Perfect

This is a beautifully designed condo.My wife and I appreciated the island style furnishings, the artwork and the well-stocked kitchen and wine area. We had our breakfast every morning on the lanai and took in the ocean views. At night we sat out and watched the stars. I really enjoyed having the beach so close. We left feeing refreshed.

Maui Delight

We had the good fortune to spend the second half of our vacation at this property in the Wailea area. The landlord was responsive to the ultimate degree. He had restaurant suggestions, along with suggestions for local guides for things like going on a snorkeling trip. By the way, that turned out great, it was the great snorkeling experience of our lifetime and all thanks to Randy. The unit was well appointed, the project in which it is located looks like a four or five star resort, and the snorkeling right off the beach is excellent. We are from Florida and have been snorkeling on a number of occasions in the Florida Keys, and the snorkeling right off the beach at his unit, exceeded anything that we have done anywhere in the country. This comes with our highest recommendation.

Amazing Condo, Hosts and Location

The condo was amazingly beautiful and comfortable. The location was excellent, close to the beach and facilities. The check in process was seamless with check in details provided well in advance. Everything was thought of to make for a perfect vacation. Randy and Julie were perfect hosts, Randy was very proactive in communicating and responding. Stunning

It is wonderful there are hosts out there willing to share their art collections with us guests. The art in this condo was amazing. From the raw edge dining table to the prints in the guest room there was so much to look at. It’s a great place to stay for adults that appreciate the finer things in life.

The Fabulous Elua 701

Our stay was fantastic. We stayed from 09Sep-28Sep2022. The unit is perfectly located in the village to access not only the ocean path and beach but also all of the great amenities in the Elua Village. You can walk to the Island Gourmet and Akamai Coffee. The Condo was incredibly elegant but comfortable and we felt so at home. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. We of course enjoyed the lanai every morning and evening. Not only is the view fabulous but you can hear and see the ocean waves breaking on the beach. We cooked dinner almost every night and the kitchen provided all top of the line items needed as if we were in our own home. The check-in was seamless. The parking is perfect as the spaces are shaded by beautiful Bougainvillea vines covering the parking structure. I am so happy we scheduled 2 condo cleanings during our stay. Not only did I feel like we were caring for this home but eliminated one less worry to ensure we completely enjoyed our stay. There are instruction cards located throughout the space which were perfect. We all appreciated the guidance in ensuring we were safely operating all of the high end mechanics in the condo correctly. And of course, Randy and Julie are the Best Hosts in my book. Knowing that I could communicate easily with Randy was an absolute plus. Also, remember to arrange a late checkout with Randy. Wow! Amazing host. Amazing condo.

I was super impressed with every aspect of this stay. Randy was easy to communicate with and always prompt to respond. You can really tell he's poured his heart and soul into this home. The finishes are all of the highest quality and they have somehow thought of everything you might need and supplied it here so that you can focus on enjoying your vacation. There are easy to follow instructions/labels posted throughout the condo. The casually elegant decor was both comfortable and beautiful. I can see why this unit is booked up so far in advance. I would not hesitate to book with Randy again!

Incredible Stay

Randy and Julie’s property is amazing! The location was great and the condo included all amenities needed for an incredible stay. The view from the condo was breathtaking it was only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The grounds are immaculate and gorgeous. Their communication was great and were extremely responsive. Beautiful Condo!

This condo was the best place we have ever stayed! It is exactly as pictured and described on VRBO. It was extremely clean, well stocked, and provided everything we needed for our vacation (beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, etc.). The location is excellent too! I will definitely return to this condo in the future and would recommend it to anyone!

Son’s wedding

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo with all the amenities for a great stay. It was probably one of the best equipped VRBO kitchens I have ever seen. Elua Village itself provided two pavilions with pools and barbecues. If we head this way again, I would definitely see if 701 was available.

Wailea Paradise

The condo was spacious, clean, well laid out, well equipped, and nicely furnished. You can usually tell when the owners stay at their own rentals, and it was clear that this was a well loved, well maintained property. The location was ideal. Most of what we did and saw was within an easy drive. The snorkeling spot to the right of the property was great, and the beach itself was calm and lovely. The overall property was well kept and beautiful. Security was nice and efficient. No complaints. We would happily return!

BEST Unit in our travels.

This is the Best rental we have stayed in. We have been in constant contact with the owner before arriving. The best equipped, maintained, cleanest, decor. Beautiful Elua Condo

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this unit over the winter holiday. This is our third stay in Elua Village, and by far our favorite unit on the property. The place has been beautifully updated from the kitchen to the living space, the bathrooms, and the large lanai where we enjoyed many sunsets and even saw a few whales. We also appreciated how quiet the unit was, while still being only a short walk down to the beach. Randy and Julie are incredibly professional to work with from booking to making certain we were will taken care of during our stay. In fact we have already planned our return visit. Mahalo for a beautiful stay!

We were married on the beach in Maui, in a wonderful little ceremony attended by just ourselves and our parents. That was back in 1990 and over the years we have absolutely fallen in love with Maui, especially the south (Kihei/Wailea) side. While we are currently still 'tied to our jobs' on the mainland, our plan is to 'someday' retire to Maui. In the meantime, we would love to share our home with you.

We chose the Wailea Elua Village for many reasons. Elua is a gated, oceanfront complex situated on a gorgeous, white sand beach called Ulua Beach. Additionally, the grounds at Elua are absolutely spectacular with orchids growing on almost every tree. Also, we love SCUBA diving, and Elua Village is less than 1-1/2 miles from the Kihei Boat Ramp where all the dive and snorkle boats depart for Molokini Crater and all the other great South Maui dive sites! Finally... that beach we were married on... was Ulua!!

The location of our unit (#701) in the Elua Village is perfect! It is marked by the green pin on the map to the right. Click on the 'satellite' button and then zoom in to see our exact location in the village. We are centrally located, less than 150 yards from the sand of Ulua Beach, as well as the newly remodeled main pool and pavilion area for the Elua Village complex. We are even closer to the mid-village pool and jacuzzi area (which is hardly ever crowded because everyone goes to the new pool/pavilion that is on the beach!) Our location in the village very quiet because we are far away from the road noise of Wailea Alanui Road at the back of the complex. Finally, we have a wonderful ocean view from our huge lanai (which is over 500 square feet!)
