Treetop Haven - an airy retreat on almost 6 acres of mountainside woods. Escape the city and enjoy your private, while still being close to the amenities of a small town. Enormous windows and a gorgeous wrap-around deck let you enjoy the treetops in total privacy. With plenty of beds for a large family, a full kitchen, our delightful 'Bear Haven', and games and classic movies to enjoy, our villa is pristine, cozy, and welcoming. We have also recently added a gorgeous new hot tub and fire table to a brand new deck! We also have a Level Two car charger available for our guests to use at no extra charge.

Awesome getaway for family

kitchen was incredibly stocked and had everything we needed for our family. we have 3 kids under 10 and they had a great time with games and playing with the bears. stargazing on the deck and just relaxing. owners were attentive and immediately answered questions. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful quiet getaway

My wife and I were looking for our first time away with our three-month-old and dog. Treetop Haven was the perfect place. It didn’t hurt that the leaves were at or near peak color too! The house was great, restaurants in the area are sneaky good, and the kitchen provides a great place to cook for dining in. Laura was a great host with near immediate response to messages. We loved it and would absolutely stay again.

After years of being enthusiastic short-term rental guests all over the U.S. and Europe, we’re delighted to join the ranks of hosts! Our family vacation home, Treetop Haven, in Romney, WV, is a spectacular and relaxing hideaway; a wonderful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our family loves to travel. I grew up all over the world, so travel is my blood. Fortunately my husband caught the travel bug from me, and now that our sons are old enough to make travel fun again, they’ve fallen in love with traveling too.

We tend to be pretty laid-back and spontaneous when we travel. We don't like to overplan, but rather discover and explore as we go. We generally avoid tour groups, preferring to venture out on our own. Meeting people and experiencing the 'real' countries we visit is almost always far more interesting than just checking out famous sites.

Treetop Haven is a wonderfully relaxing oasis. Close enough to town to access anything you may need, yet very private. A romantic weekend, a family getaway, a reunion…Treetop is a exceptional place to unwind.
