Getting Around:
It's extremely easy to walk to most sights in the area, but when it comes to driving, we recommend sitting back and letting someone else do the work. The State & Huron bus stop is right on the corner of the property, the CTA's Grand station for the L train is just a five-minute walk from your door, and of course, there are always rideshares to be found

- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.
- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
- On-site parking is available for $50 per night per vehicle.
- This property does not have luggage storage.
- Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.
- This property utilizes a two-pipe system for its heating and cooling. As such, either the heat or A/C is on throughout the property. The thermostat cannot run both or switch between the two. Heat is turned on in the fall (around October 15) and turned off in the spring (between April 15 and May 1).
