Laundry not what I expected, great communication
I didn't have any trouble finding the location. The main parking is in an alley right around the corner. It does make you feel a little uneasy to be outside alone after dark, but it is Chicago. A local told me not to walk around after dark. It's smaller in person than in the pictures, but otherwise it looks exactly like pictured. My real concern was the washer and dryer. I couldn't locate it at first, there were no pictures in the posting and I didn't see them anywhere. After inquiring, I was told they were in the basement. To get to them you have to go outside to the back of the building down through a locked door into a shared basement area. They require coins to use and had another tenants laundry in both the washer and dryer. You may not need them, but we were in town for a sporting tournament so I was relying on them and they were not available when I needed them. Nor were the details in the description so be aware. It was creepy down there and I didn't feel comfortable being there much less utilizing them. I do have to say that communication was excellent, I didn't have to wait long for replies and they were very pleasant.
