Summary:
This spacious home is perfect for families of all sizes, located right in the heart of our Military City. Just 4 minutes away Lackland Air Force Base, it's a perfect place to celebrate, take the family to Sea World/Fiesta Texas or to explore the Alamo City. We are located in a quiet, family friendly and well-established neighborhood. Exterior cameras onsite for everyone's protection. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 will apply per pet. Check with me for breed restrictions before booking.

The Space:
This cozy 1170 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a large living space and fully equipped kitchen for you to connect with your loved ones and even make a home cooked meal if you choose. You will have full access to the main house. There is a private backyard with seating area, barbecue pit, an extended driveway in front to fit a max of 3 cars, and additional parking in back if needed. There is a washing machine and dryer available onsite.
July 2022: We updated the dining room table to a much larger one for the holidays. We also replaced all the beds with brand new mattresses.

Guest Access:
Please enter through the narrow driveway on the side of the house.

The Neighborhood:
We are just 4 minutes away from Lackland AFB. HEB and Walmart are both 5 minutes away for any last minute items you might need.

Getting Around:
Remember, most San Antonio attractions offer Military discounts, so please ask and take advantage of ways to save money. You can also save by purchasing on base through JBSA Travel located in the Arnold Hall Community Center at 1560 Stewart St, Bldg 5506. Coupon books are available at the San Antonio Visitors Center across from the Alamo, or save time and print from their website.

Other Things to Note:
If you have small children, please watch them on the top bunk bed as it is pretty high off the ground and watch your head with the ceiling fan.
Upon checkout, please remove all trash, food & personal belongings. A fee of $50 will be assessed for disposal & removal of these items. Absolutely No Smoking & No Parties permitted in the house. Please know that a fee of $150 will be assessed if the house has evidence and/or odors of smoke/tobacco products inside. There will also be an additional fee of $35 for lost keys.

Interaction with Guests:
You will access the lock box on the storage room door for entry and we will provide the code prior to your arrival. You are welcome to message, call or text me anytime during your stay.
