5 mins to Lackland AFB and not far to
Downton San Antonio, The Riverwalk, and the Alamo. The

Home is 3 Bedrooms 2 Bath with plenty of space for group vacations getaways. Enjoy your time with the 70" TV in the living room and the fast-speed internet.
There's a workstation in the master bedroom. Two of the 3 Bedrooms have Smart TVs .

Kitchen pots and toaster needs replacing. Dining room stools and couch were in bad shape and needs replacing. Mattresses were very nice and house was clean.

Property was in great vicinity of everything you would need, 25 minutes or less to everything!!Furniture needs some updating but overall great stay!!

Bmt graduation

We stayed here for our sons graduation from BMT. Positives: location (close to base), comfy beds/pillows, kerig coffee machine. There were a few things that would've made our stay better. The couch needs to be replaced, its old and worn not super comfy to sit on and there's a huge stain on it. Upon arrival the previous guests are required to shut off air completely, we were able to get early check in which we were very grateful for but it was 87 degrees in the house upon arrival. Bath mats in the bathroom need replaced. Baseboards and walls need a good scrubbing also.

Good spot to stay

The house was a great location to SeaWorld and the Riverwalk and the things we needed to do. It was clean and a nice residence.

Lackland AFB Graduation

We stayed three nights in this house for an Air Force graduation and it worked out great!It was a easy short 1 mile drive to the base and all the beds and pillows were comfortable.

the good: Its close to lackland. THE BAD: When we showed up and opened the door to the house, it smelt like someone cooked fish inside of a dirty babys diaper. Im NOT exaggerating. It was enough to make you sick. It was 90 degrees out and we decided to open all the doors to air it out and when we did we noticed all of the old garbage on the side steps of the house surrounded by flies and maggots. As soon as we opened that door, flies filled the house. The floors were dirty, there is a yellow blanket placed on the cushion on the couch to cover up a huge stain, there were coffee stains on the dresser and floor and one of the dressers on the bottom looked like it had been in a flood. The walls are dirty, and it looked like this place hadnet been cleaned since the last groupe was there, only tidy'd up. I contacted the "owner" who said the place was just cleaned 2 days ago. I explained the condition and smell. He asked that i send pics (instead of sending a cleaning crew immediatly) which i thought was odd. Like maybe he thought i was lying? So i sent about 10 pics, and then maybe 2 hours later the cleaning crew showed up after we left to see the town. We came back and the trash was gone but still kindastunk in the house. They mopped the floors to mask the smell but wasnt very successful. Definitely would not go back. This doesnt allow for enough characters for a full review but there may be something dead in that house judging by the smell. Some pics attached.

Nice place

Christian was very responsive to my texts. This place was amazing in a great location for BMT graduation it took us less than ten minutes to be at the locations of graduation.

Overall it was a great stay. It’s a cute place. It was comfortable. It was clean but the pads on the beds had several stains on them. The folder book had some nice suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The booking and check in process was flawless. I would stay here again.

Chose this booking due to location to the AF base. It was not only close to the base, but other amenities as well. Stores, gas station, etc. the drive to and from the airport was simple! Took us minutes to get to the base to see our airman and drop her off! Literally, if you are going to BMT graduation, book this place now!!

Perfect for BMT

Great place for families staying for BMT graduation. Location is close to Lackland. Supplied with everything needed for stay. Very comfy beds, especially the King. Water pressure isn’t what we’re used to but a shower is a shower. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice little home

This is a basic three bedroom/two bath home. It had essentials. It was clean and bedding was comfortable. There are box fans in closets for each room. Temperature (cool) has a setting of 75. If you like it cooler at night you can turn it down but after a few hours it will go back to 75. This was a bit warm for me but the fan helped. We never could find switch to turn on garbage disposal so be sure that works before placing food in sink. We also needed trash bags. There was only one in kitchen and smaller ones in bathrooms so if you need to take trash out you’ll need bags to put in trash can. Neighborhood was quiet. It is an older neighborhood but nicely kept.

Stayed with my wife and my parents so that we could attend my son‘s graduation at Lackland. House was perfect, clean, beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay

I went to TX for my brother’s Air Force graduation. The house is only about 5 minutes away from the base. The house was clean. It is more roomy than what the pictures look. The house is pretty well stocked with everything you need, but there are several stores close by to pick up anything else. The host, Christian, was very prompt in answering any questions that I had. I would stay here again.

Not the cleanest

Upon arriving, the home was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Once entering the home my husband and I did a quick look around and found that the guest bathroom had hair and small blood marks on the wall. The master bedroom had pills on the floor along with a dirty carpet. Later that night when turning in for bed we discovered that the sheets were dirty and the comforter had traces of blood on it as well. The countertop was full of crumbs and the dishes were dirty that we pulled from the cabinets. I do not feel the home is being cleaned as it should when guests leave.

is the gateway to the Air Force and despite my disability taking me

affordable place to military families first and to other families
traveling to San Antonio.
