With its ideal location, careful decoration and modern equipment, this beautiful fully renovated apartment has everything to please! Ideal for a family, you will feel right at home!
Welcoming 84 m² apartment located in La Baule-Escoublac which has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. Located on the 2nd floor and accessible by lift, the apartment opens onto a large living room / dining room equipped with a TV and wifi access, an open kitchen, where you will find everything you need (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press). Perfect for cooking good little dishes! In the bathroom, you will find an Italian shower, an iron, a hairdryer and a washing machine. A bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with two bunk beds and a spare bed make up the sleeping area. A beautiful terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun. The little extra? You can enjoy a balcony in each bedroom, and double glazing throughout the accommodation. A parking space for a small car in a private underground parking completes this rental (a large vehicle such as an SUV, 4X4 or others cannot park there).
