We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming house with floor, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 65 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 22 m², an open equipped kitchenette, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a common garden of about 100 m² and a private terrace. We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 22 m² with TV, sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with pod...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower and WC (PRM access).

On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (2 single beds).
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC.

Outside:
- A private terrace of 9 m² with furniture (parasol, table, chairs) to enjoy the nice days.
- A shared garden.

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, within a residence. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Marina 280m (4 minutes walk)
- Juno Beach Museum 600 m (8 minutes walk)

You will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities accessible on foot from the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, walk along the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum...
We advise you to go to the beautiful market in the centre on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the secure outside car park which can accommodate 1 vehicle.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: Nomadcar green bus Line 3: Annelles, Courseulles sur mer, Caen station. Monday to Saturday.
- Nearest train station: Caen station located 20 km away (30 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport 20 km away (29 minutes by car).

Other remarks :
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost on request from the concierge.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and Terres de Nacre (concierge / housekeeping service).

Poorly represented on website, didn’t make clear it was on a holiday site. Said we had a parking space but not that we would struggle to find a space with all the other houses. Accommodation was poor and bathroom was dirty, tiles and grouting needing bleaching. Cramped, poor kitchen area and sitting area Downstairs bathroom and bedroom felt damp due to wet room not having a fan. Shower head did not fit the holder properly so sprayed all over the bathroom. Disgusted that we had to pay extra for bedding and towels. Not impressed

Uiteindelijk op een bungalowpark Pierre vacances wat juist goed op de borden staat. Graag vermelden in de beschrijving dat het appartement onderdeel is van een bungalowpark ook al mag je niet gebruik maken van de faciliteiten scheelt een hoop frustratie, Eigenlijk is het appartement te klein voor iemand die gebruikt maakt van een rolstoel."

Hibou des marais Séjour très agréable. Maison spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Résidence calme bien située par rapport à la plage d'un côté et aux commerces de l'autre. Le côté jardin est coté rivière : on ne voit donc pas d'autres logements depuis la porte fenêtre du salon et une des chambres à l'étage. Seul bémol pour notre séjour est le panneau brise-vue coté droit qui n'était pas présent. Sans doute en réparation car il y a les trous dans le carrelage de la terrasse. Et de ce fait, avec ce très beau temps, nous avons eu une terrasse commune avec les voisins et non privative. Ce qui n'est pas très agréable.

Comme c'est dans une résidence Pierre et Vacances, la déco est très impersonnelle et j'avais l'impression d'être dans le village du Prisonnier :) La ville est sympa, très belle plage et le musée Juno beach est très intéressant. S'il n'y avait les 90 euros pour une prestation de ménage juste correcte, j'aurais mis un 4 pour le rapport qualité prix.
