New apartment of 85 m2 ideally located in the heart of the Vosges mountains. 3 km from the alpine and Nordic ski slopes you can leave the apartment on snowshoes. In summer the mountain bike, country, downhill and hiking trails are just a stone's throw away. Ideal for nature lovers, walks, swimming, local produce, etc.
Warm apartment with a wooden interior, it will make you have a pleasant stay.
Parking space and private garage. Outdoor space. Apartment on the first floor composed of:
2 bedrooms, one with a 160/200 cm double bed and one with two bunk beds (90/190 cm mattress) as well as two 90/190 beds including 1 trundle bed.
A living room with 2 convertible sofas (90x190), flat screen connected TV. Wifi access. Open to a dining room with a table that can accommodate up to 8 people.
Fitted and equipped kitchen: 3 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge and freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker (filter and Senseo pods), toaster. Kitchen essentials. Kitchen island with stools. Raclette and fondue machines.
Shower room with a beautiful 80x120 shower. Separate toilet. Charges not included (meter reading on arrival and departure). Storage room in the basement for skis and bikes. Oil heating included.
Shared land with garden furniture and private barbecue. (Deckchairs, parasol)
