Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival for $55 each (price subject to change, limit 2).

Great condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you need to make small meals and big meals depending on your vacation style. Lots of space and comfy furniture!

Fabulous Beachfront Condo

This owners of this unit thought of everything to make our vacation stay so special and memorable! The furnishings were beautifully appointed and the views were amazing. We have such respect for these accommodations and value our time spent in such a gorgeous condo directly on the beach!

Ok. Ice machine didnt work. Wish i had known about discounts relating to military. Could have saved money. Unit was kept well. Quiet. Needs better broom to sweep sand when needed.

Beautiful

This property is very updated with a modern kitchen and furnishings throughout the condo. The view is breathtaking. I would recommend this three bedroom to anyone.

Nice condo

Condo was really nice & clean. The furniture was really nice and the patio furniture was really comfortable. Great location. It needs a full length mirror somewhere in the condo, but no complaints. Would definitely stay there again.

Convenient good location satisfactory amenities and nice accommodations. Would stay here again. We dined out but if staying longer would prefer a few more kitchen condiments. Didn’t understand no coffee glad I brought my own K-cups.

Overall, the condo is clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy. The showers had great water pressure. Check in and out is super easy. I love pre-registering for parking as well. A few critiques…There were a few linens/towels with stains on them and hair. The shower grout/caulking is mildewed and could use some attention. Same with the washing machine, some mildew in it. That being said, everything else was great. The building had two power surges and when it did, the water shut off completely for about 5-10 min. I called the emergency maintenance number to inquire whether that was normal but did not hear back. It didn’t happen again so I didn’t worry with it.
