Welcome to Sand Dollar Cove at Kingsmill! Enjoy a relaxing stay in this gated, private community. This neighborhood boasts walking trails, playgrounds and access to the beach of the James River, which can be seen from the deck. First floor living with a microwave, mini frig, basic utensils and plates, a Keurig, guest wifi and a smart TV give you all the comforts of home. High-quality linens await you, with extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.

Minutes from the property you'll find Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, Harris Teeter, several local and chain restaurants, many public golf courses and much more.

Your hosts, Mike and Jaymie, want you to enjoy your time away and provide initial coffee pods, cream and sugar, and other little touches to give you everything a hotel could offer with the warmth of a private rental.

The Kingsmill RESORT pools, the Health Club, and Lazy River are restricted to Kingsmill Members only, and are not included. However, the following can be accessed by any of our guests:

Just as advertised - very comfortable, roomy and well appointed. Great location, nice water view, quiet and peaceful. The owners were very responsive - excellent communication and support. Perfect lodging for my golf tournament at Kingsmill and visit to Williamsburg.

Very impressed with the property. Found everything exactly as described. Very Clean and comfortable. The community was private. The amenities available to this unit were very nice. We fished the Warhaul Pond near our unit between visits to relatives in Toana, and caught several large bass and crappie. Will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for lodging while visiting this area.

I was in town early for my daughter's wedding and needed a place to stay before my wedding condo was available. As it turned out, the unit was right next door to the Wedding Estate in Kingsmill. The unit was nicely appointed and decorated with great views of the James River from the back deck. It was within walking distance of the Marina, Golf Course, Tennis Club, Resort Center and Marina Restaurant. A great place to stay!!

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway to Williamsburg. It was extremely close to both parks we visited but felt like a completely other area. The view was gorgeous as we enjoyed coffee on the back patio. The room was clean and well maintained. A few suggestions to make the stay better would be to improve the outdoor lighting approaching the entrance and provide toiletries. I also suggest white towels and linens so they can be bleached. Other than that, the beds were comfy and the area was quiet overall. However, you’ll hear other guests if they have heavy feet above. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful room for such a great price. Loved having a view of the river. Room was extremely clean, shower was very nice and relaxing after a long day. Only cons: the beds are a little high. Im only 4'11" and basically had to have a running start to jump into the bed. The bed was also a little more firm than my preference but still very comfortable. Hosts were amazing. Would absolutely rent from them again.

We fell in love with Williamsburg and all there is to do in this community. So much so, we bought this property to use ourselves for quick getaways, and share with others when we can't be there. We are a family with lots of kids in various stages of life. Rarely can all of them come with us, but when they do, there's something for everyone! We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we have and are happy to answer any questions you have about it or the area. Have fun!
