Our newly remodeled 2 bed, 1 bath apartment will make you feel like you are home away from home. Situated in a serene and quiet neighborhood, located less than a mile away from Pekin Lagoon/Pekin Park District. Less than 10mins from Avanti Dome and Sunset Hills Gold Course. Peoria International Airport is only 20 mins away! This is a stay perfect for the whole family!

Contains all the essentials to make your stay the most comfortable and convenient.
The home comes with fast, reliable WiFi.
Living space has a 50` Roku TV for your streaming and entertainment needs.
Kitchen is stocked with the essential equipment for anytime you feel like making a home-cooked meal.
Bathroom will have your basic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

At anytime you require additional amenities, the host is easy to get a hold of and will usually respond within 10mins via message. Your comfort is our #1 priority!

We value your privacy. You will have the entire home to yourself. No need for keys! This unit is armed with digital lock and guests will be provided with unique entry code.

Great facility

Nice, Clean, comfortable apartment style facility in a tri-plex building. Quiet neighborhood, centrally located in Pekin, IL.All amenities one would expect in a VRBO. Especially glad to have ample pods for the single serving coffee machine.Highly recommended, especially if you are in need of long-term stay.

This is our 4th or 5th stay at one of Matthew’s properties and our experience was as we have come to expect. His properties are comfortably furnished, clean, and consistent with their descriptions. We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently. When I come home to visit my central IL hometown, I always look for a listing of Mathew’s to use during my stay.

Visiting family

I have been looking for a place to stay in the Pekin, East Peoria area when visiting family. I hate the hotels they are old and dirty. This is my place from now on. Clean and had everything I need. I would recommend staying at one of the 3 apartments.

Exactly what we needed!

We were there for a disc golf tournament and this property was centrally located to the courses we were playing and offered a great place to come back after practice and tournament rounds. We will be back.

Just what was needed.

The apartment is nice. Appreciate it being clean as very important. Like having actually bedrooms as makes for better sleep for everyone. Neighborhood was quiet. Like having the washer/dryer.

Short stay to visit with my elderly Mother

Property was a little close to the road so could hear the light traffic. Was a bit confused why we were asked to remove shoes before entering, yet our feet and socks were very dirty from the flors

Not impressed

The smoke detectors were not in place, they were laid upon a shelf one with the batteries out! (Yes, seriously) There was other peoples’ hair in the bedding, debris on the sink countertop that had not been wiped. When we arrived late at night we had to be sure we were in the right place because the door code wasn’t working, nor could it be fixed until the following afternoon. The property manager was helpful in that he was very responsive and would lock or unlock the doors for us if we text him when we arrived or left. The place was cute and comfortable but just needs better maintained. Probably won’t stay here again, though.
