All the comforts of home plus some sweet extras. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular!

Clean up after pets. A fee of 30 $ a night for smaller dogs no dogs over 50 pounds. Bags provided. No clean up get charged an extra 50 a day.
No glass in the fenced-in yard area. USE SHEETS. TAKE OFF AND PUT IN DS BATH FLOOR. LEAVE HOUSE LIKE YOU FIND IT. EXTRA CLEAN COST WILL INCURE.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our time in the area. The house was a perfect fit for our family. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kids enjoyed using the pool. The nearby beach is absolutely beautiful too!

Great place! So relaxing and it had everything we needed. Jean was an excellent host. Easy to contact. The pool was perfect. Just a lovely, well appointed place for a wonderful vacation. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and is great. Clear water, nice sand, and not crowded. Beautiful sunsets on the Bay side, right down the street from the house. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

My husband and I , along with our 5 foster children had a great time here! The pool was great for them and the hostess was so good to work with also. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was how long it took to get to anything and the traffic was awful but that is no reflection on the property or it’s owner.

Great place!

I was only here for a short stay, but it was great. The house was clean, comfortable and relaxing. There's a short walk to the bay and I was able to see a couple of beautiful sunsets. Jean was very easy to communicate with. I had family in town, so this was perfect, but it's also close to other larger towns as well.

Lovely home, great location

The house has everything you need for a nice vacation- small deck off the kitchen, large deck and seating for 8+ in the back yard, swimming pool, lounge chairs, and all kitchen supplies needed for cooking. It is a very short stroll to the bay for beautiful sunset views and about 5 blocks to the sandy beach on the east side of Hull. We walked to Weinberg’s Bakery each morning for fantastic coffee, bagels, and sweet treats. The owner is very responsive. We had a great stay!

Very disappointed.

I am a first time VRBO user, and we were visiting the Boston area for a wedding. We were very excited about the opportunity to stay together close to the event. The property was fair at best, with the major problems being that the air conditioning did not work, and much of the electrical in the kitchen was also non functional. These issues were brought to the attention of the VRBO host on arrival, but unfortunately, she was away for the weekend, and she had no one available to correct the problems. We all had difficulty sleeping because of the temperature in the house. I would not recommend this rental property or this host.

Hidden Gem

This house was the perfect place to enjoy our first vacation in this location. One minute walk to the bay and a five minute walk to the beach. Awesome sunrises and sunsets. The house was well equipped and very clean. Communication with the owner was great. This kids (both young and old) had a fantastic time!

Beautiful Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach house. The harbor side of the penninsula was just a half block away with the ocean beach about 5 blocks in the opposite direction. The house is pet friendly with an enclosed back yard (with pool); however, those booking in the summer should be aware that dogs are not allowed on area beaches from June 1 - Sept. 15.

Exactly what we needed and then some

The property was very nice and comfortable. A private pool if you don't want to go to the beach (although the private beach is a nice touch). It was perfect for a group of friends that wanted a low key beach trip with access to the city! Would definitely stay again!

Can’t recommend Jean’s property enough, so spacious and comfortable! Beautiful back yard and wonderful location! Five minute walk to the beach, one minute to the bay, views of the city from the front door!!

Cozy and comfortable

This property is in a great location with an easy and short walk to the beach for viewing gorgeous sunsets. Plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out and enjoy a nice relaxing week.

I spent a lot of time in Hull while growing up. At my Godfather's house, a few homes down, and have always loved HULL. The sunset at the bay wall is fabulous as is hunting for tressure. Relish in the sunrise at the best part of the beach. Nantasket can be found 5 min walk from the front door. Lovely, clean, and private beach only locals will be there so be respectful, please. Carry out your trash and keeps pets off the beach. Local parking laws are stricks as are noise restictions. Enjoy but do so respectfully, please.

The carousel still runs every day. There is a great Swiss candy shop a quick walk away. Great seafood and a fun active nightlife. Go to Daddys to enjoy the local scene and get a great pizza. Or hit the C note for dancing the night away.
