Summary:
Island Dunes is a Townhouse Condominium complex with two and three bedroom units. This family-friendly complex is within easy walking distance to beach.

Each day brings a different menu of things to do.
Tensions will disappear beneath your footsteps in the sun as you stroll along the miles of beaches.

Unit has a full deck off the livingroom and Master bedroom.

Unit sits above car ports and has two small sets of stairs to enter.

You can drive and park on the beach. We are golf cart accessible from beach or town.

Good time

Loved the location and heated pool and hot tub. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Would stay here again.

Family trip

The pictures do not do the place justice. It was very spacious and had everything amenity needed, great location, good sized pool, even has a volleyball court and ping pong table! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Not the best experience

Parking is a mess. The unit is upstairs but there is also an apt above it so you can hear the running and jumping all night. The master bathroom desperately needs a new shower head as the one in there is so corroded it barely lets out a trickle. Oh, and the pool could use a good cleaning. Other than that, the property is great. Probably wouldnt pay 1200 for a weekend there again though.

Port A Trip

The property was in a great area and right on on of the beach access. It had more than enough room to fit all 8 guests comfortably. I will definitely be staying again and will recommend to family and friends.

What can I say. Everything was great!! Kim was awesome. Located 1 block from the beach and golf cart rental. Couldn't ask for it to be any easier. The property was well kept and clean. The condo was great. Thanks so much for a great weekend. Hope to be back soon.

You are 1 min walk from the beach and 5 min from amazing restaurants and shopping. Kim is awesome to work with!

Quick getaway

Spacious, cozy, homelike, BUT at the beach! Couches were comfy, beds amazing! We had so much space to not be on top of each other. Perfect distance from the beach! We loved it.

Beautiful Condo. Great for Relaxing and enjoying a vacation .

The process was simple. Kim Hill is an excellent and caring Host. She made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location is excellent, being so close to the beach. Plenty of towels for the family. Beds were very comfortable. The pool was a great experience as well. We would stay here again.
