As you enter, you'll be greeted by a generous common area that promotes relaxation and togetherness. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the dining area and cozy breakfast nook provide ample space for enjoying them. The living room, adorned with comfortable seating, a cable TV, and a DVD player, features a sofa bed that can easily accommodate extra guests. Venture upstairs to the loft area where a charming daybed beckons for a cozy night's sleep, or relax on the screened-in balcony, where you can unwind with your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Restful nights are ensured in the three bedrooms, each outfitted with plush king-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom offers two twin beds, making it great for kids or friends. This property was great! There were six of us with plenty of space. Plenty of beds and beds were comfy. Air conditioners worked great. Plenty of games and we played one that was really funny! Location is great and amenities! Most definitely would stay again.

Great accommodations. Could use some upgrade on bathroom tubs. Mattresses were medium but ok. All in all great place.

What a beautiful condo. It was clean and spacious. Beautiful location. We've stayed at Pointe Royale a couple of times in the past; but this was by far the nicest accomodation we have stayed in. If I had to find anything lacking; it would be nice to have a couple more hand and dish towels in the kitchen. And maybe a spare lightbulb. The lamp on one side of the bed in the first floor primary suite did not work. Overall though, we were glad that the owners make their condo available to guests.

Outside stairs/handrails to 2nd floor need to be powerwashed; they were coated with dirt and bird droppings. The accommodations were great. clean, etc, Nice furnishings. It was a very hot weekend and it was difficult to get the second floor cooled to a comfortable level. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathroom space for 4 adults, three teens and two active boys. We had a great weekend!

Nice location. Our only complaint was that the dryer didn’t work, turns out they had the part ordered, but if we had been notified we wouldn’t have done a load of laundry only to have to lay it all out on the table and hang everywhere to dry.

Family Getaway

The condo was perfect for our family. We had enough room for all the families to have their space. Clean, great neighborhood, and close to downtown activities. Concierge was great to work with also.

Very big and open vacay condo. Had dishes and everything supplied! Very beautiful condo and location was phenomenal, just outside city limits and very quiet neighborhood. Loved it and would stay there again.

Family of 8, stay was Great!

The only struggle we had was that check-in is off site, and we’re confused in the process. The house was amazing, everything you would need for a stay away from home. Want to book again many times in the future.

The condo was perfect for our family. I think the only thing it needed was Kleenex. We would suggest maintaining the outside by clearing out the cobwebs. The spiders scared our littles.
