This four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is perfect for larger families or groups of up to ten people. It's conveniently located near Branson's shows and attractions. The spacious common area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a breakfast nook, a living room with cable TV/DVD and a sofa bed, a loft area with a daybed, and a screened-in balcony.

Three bedrooms have king-sized beds, and one has two twin beds. The master bedroom features balcony access and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. The unit also has an in-unit washer and dryer and free wireless internet for added convenience. Resort amenities and Ticket Discounts are available to our guests.

Please note that this condo is located on the second floor, with 16 steps to enter. The building does not have an elevator.

The condo was perfect for our family. I think the only thing it needed was Kleenex. We would suggest maintaining the outside by clearing out the cobwebs. The spiders scared our littles.

It was a nice place, but could have been cleaner. Floor were not nice and lots on hair in the bathroom. Both kinds. Also very dusty. Windows as well.Lots of dust bunnies!

Great Trip

Loved our stay in the condo. Plenty of room for our party of nine. Everyone was comfortable. The kids loved the indoor pool.My husband watched the squirrels from the sunroom every morning drinking coffee. Everyone in our group loved the condo. Plenty of hot water. Our group made good use of the washer and dryer. We would stay here again.

Perfect for a mixed family. Son, wife and their daughters had the upstairs rooms and bathroom to themselves when needed. We and our single daughter had the 2 bedrooms on the main floor and we also had our own bathrooms. Everyone had their own spaces but we were still all together.

Christmas Break

We really enjoyed this property. We had a party of 9. 4 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The condo was pretty clean, the floors could've used a good mopping, but nothing terrible. There were plenty of things like trash bags, dish detergent, towels, soaps, etc. There are 2 crockpots, a normal coffee pot, and plenty of filters. I always like to know what kitchen appliances I'll have. The heat went out in one of the bedrooms; maintenance was there within the house to look at it. Overall this was a very nice property and would recommend it.

Could use some help

We have stayed at multiple different condos inside the Point Royale area in the last few years. Usually around Christmas time the condos are decorated with Christmas decorations, this was the first year we did not have that special personal touch. The multi split unit used to condition the upper floor and one bedroom on the first floor would not shift into cool mode leaving the upstairs area extremely hot even after following all the directions. Lastly I know many people have problems with Asian beetles this time of year, but they were all over the condo. We will not be booking this condo again.

It was very spacious for our family of nine. We liked the seasoned porch. It was great in the morning doing devotions and drinking hot cocoa and coffee. It was great having 3 bathrooms. The temperature outside was just right.

Great stay - few minor improvements needed

Overall it was great. It is large, clean, and well stocked with kitchen tools and games. Many of these condos have a hot upper loft and bedroom area, but this condo had great air conditioning!! We actually got cold and had to turn the air down! We did have a problem with the toilet and fridge,but they sent someone out right away. Also, with 9 people in the condo and 3 night stay, one wash machine soap wasn’t enough, so bring more if you like to stay on top of laundry. There were plenty of dishwasher tabs though. A few minor things for the owner to improve: - we couldn’t find oven mitts anywhere - the shower curtains are all cotton, no plastic liner. It made for very wet and messy floors - the refrigerator doors are a pain and it is very easy to leave them open so beware. We would definitely return again. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay in Branson. I would like to suggest that there are more necessities left for the next customer. We ran out of trash bags and dishwasher soap. There were no dish rags or sponges available.

Clean and spacious

We did enjoy staying at the condo. We had difficulty finding the check in area which was off site from the condo. Close to most all attractions. We had difficulty regulating the temperature in all the spaces...it was very cold but finally got it worked out. We had a few other small issues that were worked out.

Good property to use

Good property to use. Need more communication with management and/or ownership with detailed information such as codes and entry procedures. The code to the door was communicated 4 times wrong while standing outside the condo. The fifth time it was the correct code.

Great for a big family

Spent a week in Branson with a group of 10 ranging in age from 3 years old to 69 years old. There was plenty of space for all, no one was ready to leave when the time came to checkout. The only negative was the loudness between the first and second floor. Sound transferred very loudly when people were walking around(creaky floor), very very loud when using the bathrooms(water noises).
