FAMILY GUEST HOUSE-SPLIT BEDROOMS

This peaceful home sits on the edge of town in one of the best locations of Mountain View. It is less than five minutes from “the Square,” where you will discover mom-and-pop stores & eateries, unique shops and small groups gathering outdoors to play music.
This comfortable one-story, 3 bedroom/2 bath house is surrounded by trees and shrubs for privacy; the backyard is large and there are no neighbors on either side of the house—you can enjoy your retreat without sacrificing convenience.
The house has central heat/air and the bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a cozy queen bed, a very large closet, a private full-sized bath, and a Smart TV. The second and third bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house with a full bath between the two. One room is furnished with a queen bed and the other offers two twin-sized beds.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for meals at home and the living room is furnished with a couch, loveseat, and Smart TV. There is a laundry room for your convenience.
When outside, you’ll enjoy the long front porch and the inviting back deck with charcoal grill, and fire pit to spend time on with your family or friends (which is accommodating for social distancing). I hope you enjoy your stay! for area information visit https://ozarkgateway.com/

All 4 of us enjoyed our visit to this home. All 4 beds were very comfortable, the house was extremely clean, communications with the host were answered quickly and we would definitely stay here again!!! It was very convenient for our visit to the Ozark Folk Center and great restaurants in Mtn View. Thank you Karen for providing such a nice “home base” for us!

House was in great location, close to everything!! Even the Hospital can be seen from the yard! The house had everything we needed plus more! the ONLY thing I wish they had was a dust pan lol I like to keep floors swept, i managed but a dust pan was the ONLY thing missing. Beds were very comfortable, house was clean, several things were provided that I was not even expecting to be available. we will be booking this place for all of our future trips to Mt.View!! the host was amazing as well. She responded to all my questions before our stay, very easy check in and out process. if anyone is looking for a very comfortable place to stay this is the place!!The Archers will be back to stay here again! Host and house gets an A from us

Lovely Home close to downtown!

This is a great home to stay at. Close and convenient to everything that we doing. I would recommend this house and I definitely would go back, the host was very friendly and accommodating.

Peaceful getaway

Annual foliage trip

Though we were a little early for peak foliage, we enjoyed our trip. It was Bean Fest weekend and a great time. The rental was perfect for our group of 4 seniors. We particularly liked the separation of the bedrooms. The step up from the porch to the house was a little high and could be tricky if not careful or surefooted. The tv ( Roku)does not offer regular (ex: CBS) channels without an account.. Overall, our stay was great! Thank you, Karen, for allowing us to visit.

Fun Time in Mountain View

If you're coming to Mountain View to visit, this cabin is in the perfect location. It is right on the highway so it's easy to find, it is close to all attractions, just a short drive to the courthouse square downtown, but far enough away to enjoy the stay. The back porch was perfect for late night conversation, and the fireflies put on a show for us. This is a very reasonably priced, nice, clean, well cared-for place. This is not an upscale property, but it isn't priced like one. We enjoyed it and Karen (the owner) was very interested in making sure we had a good time.

Great place to stay!

The house was just a few minutes from town and the creeks. We go once a year and this place was perfect for our family, couldn’t have asked for a better house. We will definitely book again! Also, the host was very informative and responsive.

Privatley located within the city limits of Mtn. View, the Folk Music Caitol of the World. . Large level lot very private with lots of shade trees. No neighbors on either side of house. Convenient location to the court square, fishing on the river, or just a short drive to Banchard Springs Caverns.
