We welcome you to La Voconce at Pas du Ventoux. Located on the hills above Mollans-Sur-Ouvèze, at the gateway to the Baronnies Provençales, our spacious single-story home offers breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux and the Toulourenc Valley. You’ll be charmed by the region’s authentic character, and we’ll do everything we can to make you feel just as at home here as we do.<br>Note: More information in the photo captions.<br><br>Facing south with a large 25m² covered terrace, the 130m² house features a very spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people. The natural setting, completely secluded from neighbors, and the tranquility of the location immediately captivated us, and we never tire of admiring the magic of this landscape.<br>On the 3,000-square-meter property—half of which is a holm oak grove—a fully secure 12-meter-by-5-meter in-ground pool, located next to the house, welcomes you with a covered and furnished pool house. With a pétanque court and a fire pit at your disposal, the house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.<br><br>Halfway between Vaison-La-Romaine and Buis-Les-Baronies, you’ll be right next to authentic Provençal villages such as Montbrun-Les-Bains, Séguret, Le Crestet, and Mollans-Sur-Ouvèze, which is home to numerous shops (restaurants, bakeries, a bar-tobacco shop, a Petit Casino, a butcher shop, an organic grocery store, etc.). You’ll also have the chance to explore the many activities the region has to offer: biking or mountain biking, with the option to climb the Géant de Provence—whose 1,912-meter summit is a 45-minute drive away— water-side hiking and rock climbing in the Toulourenc Gorges, wine testings featuring renowned appellations such as Gigondas, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Rasteau, or Beaume-de-Venise; and a visit to the majestic Dentelles de Montmirail, which overlook the Rhône Valley and offer a distant view of the Cévennes.<br>It’s hard to list everything, but we’ll provide as much information as possible so you can make the most of your stay.

smooth contact with Nina in booking the property and in the run-up to our vacation. The property is amazing, stunning views, great pool and enough shade to escape the sun for a while. The house is a gem, has all the equipment you'll need and if you are an amateur chef, you'll love the kitchen.

We had a wonderful experience hosting Alex and his family! They were friendly, respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with throughout their stay. Die Unterkunft hat eine wunderschöne ruhige Lage am Fuß des Mount Ventoux, ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und hat dazu noch einen ausladend großen Pool.Der Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Nina und der lokalen Ansprechpartnerin war immer problemlos und schnell.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Gegend genossen und müssen leider nun bestens erholt nach Hause fahren.

Belle maison de campagne spacieuse dans un hameau à 2 km de Mollans, vaste piscine, calme absolu, vue imprenable. Communication excellente avec les propriétaires et la concierge. Nous avons profité d'une cuisine récemment installée, superbe. Très belle fin de vacances, merci. Schönes, geräumiges Landhaus in einer Siedlung 2 km oberhalb von Mollans. Grosser Pool, absolute Ruhe, freie Aussicht. Exzellente Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Dame vor Ort. Es gibt eine ganz neue, grossartige Küche. Es war ein schöner Ferienabschluss für uns. Vielen Dank.

Merveilleux séjour au pied du Mont Ventoux

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en tous points. La maison et la piscine se situent dans un lieu magnifique calme et en pleine nature. La maison est très pratique et très agréable à vivre. Il y a énormément d'activités et de visites à faire dans la region. dans la region L'accueil était parfait.

Maison de vacances de rêve!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison de Nina. Tout été parfait, la maison est confortable et très bien équipée, la piscine parfaite pour se rafraîchir, et la vue absolument splendide. Un très grand merci à Nina et Delphine!

Lovely Villa with amazing views

Stayed 2 weeks and had such a great time. The outside space was the main draw for us, a lovely pool and terraces with views of Ventoux. The pool must be around 12m long, gets the sun all day and there are good quality loungers plus a shady pool house. For cyclists it’s a great spot, I cycled Ventoux from Malaucene a couple of times, riding straight from the Villa it’s about half an hour to Malaucene; lots of other great routes locally too. Mollans is a really lovely village, a nice 15 or 20 minute walk if you don’t want to drive. The Bar du Pont does a great Moules frites night on Thursdays. The Villa itself is very nice, kitchen well equipped (plus a couple of bbqs for al fresco cooking) and stays pretty cool inside if you keep the sliding glass doors closed during the day. The owners were very kind in sourcing a portable A/C unit, much needed for us as we were there during an intensely hot period. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to return sometime.
