Each comfortable bedroom offers a king bed, cable TV, a closet and/or drawer space, and a private bathroom. Enjoy a soak in the jetted tub of the master bath. The common area includes a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room with cable TV/DVD and a sofa bed, and a private, covered balcony that overlooks the property pool. An in-unit washer and dryer and free wireless internet are available for your convenience. Seasonal outdoor pool access is included.

This is a 2nd-floor unit with 2 flights of stairs up from parking, however, there is an elevator in the building.

The carpet was absolutely filthy, so dirty, sticky , with stains. No one wanted to walk barefoot on it. I really doubt if the carpet can be cleaned...just needs to be replaced.

The space was perfect I enjoyed that everyone has their own room. And their own bath room. The suitcase stand was nice also to layout your suitcase. Because I am not one that likes putting it on the bed. I always place it on a bench or chair or floor. So the suitcase stand was nice. I didn't check to see if every room has one. The outdoor balcony was perfect, you don't see balcony like that, that are very spacious. The only thing I would say is that maybe down the road the living room area can switch out carpet for something strong and sturdy. And maybe clean out the with a bottle brush to remove the grime and mold from the spouts of the bath tub bubble jets. Maybe switch the dining table for something a little higher or but something on the feet of the table to make it slightly taller because we kept hurting our knees with the underneath design. Other than that it was great space that fit all our needs.

Condo was in building 6-4. While there is an elevator in the building it could not be farther from the room. Had a person is party that needed elevator. Even parking was distance from elevator. Elevator was located in building 3. Condo could use some updating. Carpet, beds. Other than that is was plenty of room and clean.

Perfect condo

This condo was perfect for our stay in Branson. Close to the strip and shopping malls. We loved that every bedroom had a king sized bed and its own bathroom

2 night Family trip

It says walk in and it is but they dont tell you you have to park at the end of building 5 and walk all the way down to the opposite end of building 6 to get to this condo. They do have an elevator but its down close to where you can walk in at. We had to hunt for the elevator and didnt see the walk in ramp until we were leaving and trying to find the outside trash cans to put the trash in from the condo from our stay. So either way it is quite a walk to get to this condo. But you dont have any stairs to climb if you can find the elevator or ramp. The place was nice and had a lot of room. I booked this because it had 2 recliners in the living room and it said walk in because I cant climb stairs. Was kinda disappointed when we had 6 people and there was only one wash cloth in each of the 3 bathrooms. So we had only 3 wash cloths total. House keepers need to do a better job. Glad some of us had brought our own scrubby for bathing and others didnt use a wash cloth. Also trying to check in there was no ramp and I cant climb stairs so my daughter had to check in for us. I seen several people coming out that was having a very hard time with the stairs. Why no ramp and if you do have one where is it? There are no signs about one and we never saw one. It was a nice place to stay just needs to have more info about where things are at. thatbathing

Clean and close to everything!

The property was clean and had a pool view. Check in was easy and check out was easy. We only had to take our trash out and start the dishwasher before we left. We loved how close to everything the condo was. We will be staying here again!

Amazing family time

I am always worried when our family chooses a place to stay on line, however this was exactly as described. Very clean, lots of room and in a quiet location. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space. Will definitely stay again.

Friends weekend

The property was great, clean and comfortable. It was even decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. We are aging a bit,so a few require help with steps, the elevator was a great help with that, they also provide luggage carts so that was an added bonus. We decided 1000 hills is now one of our favorite properties to stay at.

Getaway to the Mountains

This property was very comfortable and amazingly quiet. We could not have been more satisfied with the cleanliness and location. Very close to everything. Our only complaint is it was not a walk in off the street unit although there is an elevator available, it was quite a distance from our condo, so we ended up using the stairs located right outside the condo. We managed but I specifically wanted a walk in condo because one of our group has very bad knee problems. Yes there was an elevator available but not conveinent to our condo. She opted to use the stairs instead which agravated her knee pain. Otherwise this was a great place to stay and they were very friendly even contacted us, by phone, prior to our visit. We really enjoyed our stay.

First visit to Branson

This was our first visit to Branson. This 3 BR, 3 bath condo was perfect for our group. The location was very convenient to all of our activities. The staff was helpful in arranging for tickets and in restaurant recommendations. Will definitely stay here next time.

Wonderful stay!!

So much room!! All bedrooms have king size beds and their own bathroom! The patio was the perfect size! Would definitely stay again!!

Weber’s retreat

You could do a better job policing building 6. The unit below left trash in the hall, it was there three days and finally some critters opened the bag and spread it around. Some one on staff needs to lap the property daily and pick up the trash the inconsiderate guests leave. Not a lot of trash, but just a little is too much. The Wi-Fi was not what was given at check in. All in all, great property, we’ll be back. Thanks for 11:00 check out, that was a lifesaver for our group..

Not happy

They were rude. They gave us the wrong Wi-Fi, name and password. Then they were rude and said it was our fault. The nice maintenance man said it was their fault. There was not enough bath towels and the pool key did not work. The recliner where falling apart. The rugs were stain. There were bed bug traps underneath a bed when we removed the linens we discovered them.

Very nice Condo. Little disappointed in the carpet. Was extremely stained throughout the Condo. For the price we had to pay (which we noticed was ALOT less the weeks after etc...) I would think the carpet would look much better throughout the condo than it did. Loved the 3 Kings rooms with bathrooms on one level.

Disappointed; you shouldn’t rent until fixed up some

The space was great! The facility perfect for our needs. But the carpet was totally disgusting and shameful to rent this nice property like that. Bathe carpet MUST be replaced. Also, the kitchen needs to be better supplied, more cooking equipment, need more potholders and more than two dish towels. We did wash them once. Also, there were no extra sheets for the sofa bed. We took them off the beds to have a sheet to use there.
