You’ve got all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a sit-down dinner to tropical blended drinks to sip on the balcony as you enjoy the incomparable Marco Island sunset (depending on the time of year).

The balcony is also the ideal place to both start and end your day, with tables and chairs overlooking thick clusters of palm trees and lush tropical mangroves bordered by the turquoise ocean.

The brightly colored bedrooms feature ample closet and drawer space and both come with their own television. The master suite also gives you sliding door access to the balcony so you can fall asleep to fragrant ocean breezes and the sound of waves breaking on the shore.

The unit provides everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Best of all, you’ve got the beach itself, a peaceful stretch of silken white sands and inviting warm water. Play tennis or pickle ball on the newly re-surfaced courts alongside Clam Bay. For something a little more slow paced there is shuffleboard and bocce ball.
