The TV lounge area overlooks the garden. A bathroom (renovation 2026) and separate toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, the following are provided: a hairdryer, an ironing board and iron, and access to the annex which serves as a bicycle storage room. You have a parking space within the residence.
