Ideally located 200m from the white sandy beaches, this charming two-room apartment, comfortably furnished, is available for weekly rental. Situated in a secure holiday residence on the 4th floor, it offers various amenities within the residence: supermarkets, restaurants, McDonald's, a medical clinic, hair salon, gym, and an osteopath's office! The pool is supervised in July and August. Park your car in the covered and free parking and immediately enjoy the sea or the private pool. Have a picnic at the Exflora park just across the street, relax on the spacious furnished terrace with a magnificent view, and spend the evening in Golf Juan or Juan les Pins, a 15-minute walk away. Wonderful! So close to the beach, supermarket and public transit. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO unit! The apartment had all the essentials for a great stay, especially everything needed to be comfortable at the beach. Guilheim was such a gracious and attentive host. The location was perfect, right in the center of a charming area with several restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The beach was a 5 minute walk via a semi-private walkway. The dedicated parking space was also a huge plus. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Fonctionnel et idéalement situé

Appartement fonctionnel, idéalement situé face à la mer avec une grande piscine propre et très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Guilhem qui est réactif et à l’écoute. Nous recommandons fortement !!

Deux semaines en famille

Appartement très bien agencé, avec un grand salon et une super terrasse. Résidence calme et très proche de la mer. Pleins de commodités aux alentours. Un accueil très agréable du propriétaire (très attentif au déroulement du séjour). Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.
