Cette maison est un pur bonheur, conforme à la description, décorée avec goût, propre et fonctionnelle. Piscine de 4m x 8m, profondeur 1m50, éclairée pour baignade nocturne, très agréable. Les commerces, le marché et le centre ville se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture. A environ 30 min de Nîmes, des Saintes Maries de la Mer, ....Un grand merci à Malika et Farouk pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur réactivité au moindre besoin ou petit souci. Ils ont tout fait pour que nous passions un excellent séjour !Nous avons passés 2 excellentes semaines dans cette maison (lotissement calme) et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.A recommander sans aucun soucis ;-)

Nous avons été ravis d’accueillir cet hôte et son groupe. La communication a été excellente avant et pendant le séjour, et ils ont pris grand soin de notre maison. Les extérieurs ont été parfaitement entretenus, la piscine a même été nettoyée, et le logement a été laissé dans un excellent état. Nous les recommandons sans hésitation et les accueillerons de nouveau avec grand plaisir.

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren gut. Leider aber mussten wir feststellen dass dass Haus nicht wie beschrieben gut Gelegen sondern fern ab vom Schuss liegt. Der Pool ist schön groß, aber viel zu kalt obwohl beheizter Pool ausgeschrieben war, es war keine Heizung an! Was wir sehr schade fanden gerade für die Kinder. Das Haus war von rasen umgeben, was wir anfangs schön fanden da wir unseren Hund mithatten, bis sich herausstellte das unser Hund pro Tag etliche Zecken mitbrachte die sich auf dem Grundstück befanden.Wir hätten vom Vermieter erwartet das er dies in einem kleinen Hinweis bei der Ausschreibung erwähnt hätte. Wir hatten ihn informiert aber leider kam nur die Aussage es sei normal es wäre normal das hätte Mann beim auswärtigen Amt lesen können.Wir sind nicht das erste Mal in Frankreich aber so viele Zecken geht gar nicht!Das höchste waren zehn zecken an einem Abend das war nicht normal. Und das trotz Prophylaxe und zeckenhalsband.Wirklich schade!!Dafür war die Miete wirklich zu hoch!Die außen Möbel sind schon etwas ramponiert aber nutzbar. Das Meer ist nicht wie beschrieben 19 Minuten entfernt ein stadtstrand ist nur mit einem Fahrzeug und binnen 30 Minuten zu erreichen aber nicht schön.Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp okay aber nicht länger.Während des Aufenthalts sind für 3 nächste für viel Geld ans Meer gefahren,es ging einfach nicht anders .Der Vermieter hatte uns leider nicht entgegenkommen wollen.

Thank you for your feedback, although we are quite surprised by some of your comments, given our exchanges during your stay. 👉 Communication and assistance: We were always available and responded promptly to every request you made. We even assisted you in finding a doctor and a veterinarian for your dog, despite this not being part of our usual responsibilities. This shows how much we care about our guests’ well-being. 👉 Heated pool: At no point did you contact us about the pool temperature. All our previous guests know that, upon request, we can adjust it easily. In the middle of a heatwave, there is no reason to keep a pool at 25°C unless the guest specifically asks for it, as it becomes uncomfortably warm. 👉 Ticks and surroundings: Ticks are unfortunately a natural and seasonal occurrence in rural areas, particularly in the south of France. We cannot control this, but we always recommend appropriate preventive treatments for pets, which is why we even helped you find a vet. 👉 Location of the house: Our listing clearly states that the property is in a quiet, countryside location, and all distances are accurate and verifiable on Google Maps. Choosing the location is entirely up to the guest when booking. 👉 Our availability during your stay: We always answered your messages immediately and were ready to help with any issue you raised. It’s disappointing that these points were never mentioned during your stay but only after your departure. We feel we went above and beyond to assist you, and we are saddened by the tone of this review, which doesn’t reflect the reality of our interactions. A wonderful place

Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment wohl in dem Haus. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr funktional, der swimming pool herrlich. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat super funktioniert. Ein wunderbarer Ort um Ferien zu machen!

Vacances au top

Maison très belle, décorée avec goût , propre et fonctionnelle. Magnifique piscine, éclairée pour baignade nocturne, très sympa. Lotissement un peu excentré mais à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de tous les commerces. Proche de Nîmes, Arles...idéal pour les visites. Et surtout des hôtes d'une extrême gentillesse, qui font tout pour que vous passiez de bonnes vacances. Très réactifs aux moindres soucis. Et d'ailleurs pour rebondir sur le précédent commentaire, le chauffage de la piscine avait été arrêté au vue de la canicule mais le premier jour, Farouk nous demandé si la température nous convenait, comme nous sommes frileux nous aurions souhaité quelques degrés de plus, le jour même le pisciniste passait remettre en marche le chauffage. Nous remercions donc chaleureusement Malika et Farouk pour ces 2 semaines de rêve que nous avons passé dans leur maison.

Séjour 1 semaine

Maison agréable, proche grande villes ,environ 30min de route . Piscine dites chauffée mais la pompe à chaleur ne s est pas enclenchée de la semaine. La consigne de température est à se questionner. Gros point noir: voisins bruyant avec des enfants qui hurlent, ils ne savent pas parler dans le calme, surtout quand cette maison se situe dans un lotissement.

Il aurait été préférable que vous nous contactiez immédiatement afin que nous puissions intervenir et résoudre le problème. Concernant les voisins, malheureusement, nous n'avons pas de contrôle sur leurs actions et ils sont libres de faire ce qu'ils souhaitent. Cependant, si vous aviez pris contact avec nous, nous aurions pu prendre des mesures en leur demandant de respecter votre tranquillité pendant votre séjour. La satisfaction de nos clients est notre priorité absolue et nous sommes disponibles à tout moment pour répondre à vos besoins

Villa au top et région splendide.

Villa climatisée avec tout le confort moderne nécessaire. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine éclairé et neuve. La maison située au milieu de toutes les villes à visiter de la région ( Nîmes , pont du Gard , Marseille ...) . Les hôtes sont très réactifs et très gentils . Nous avons passé 4 jours fantastiques. Merci.

Maison récente (2022) avec piscine chauffée privative, terrasse et vue dégagée. Espace de vie lumineux avec cuisine ouverte, coin repas convivial et salon cosy. 3 chambres dont une suite parentale. Parking privé juste devant la maison. Wi-Fi gratuit.

Un lieu idéal pour des vacances reposantes en famille ou entre amis. On vous attend pour des moments simples et inoubliables !
