Pretty family house in a very quiet area 800 m from the beach with garden, terrace, fully fenced. It consists of a main room: living room, living room, kitchen opening onto a terrace of 35 m2 with table, chairs, living room, barbecue, deckchairs. You will also find on the first floor a double bedroom with storage space and a bathroom. The air-conditioned floor is composed of a dormitory room (staircase access in the garage, steep attention for children) with 6 beds and a shower room. A garage will allow you to store your belongings. This house is rented for a maximum of 8 people for your comfort. You will be less than 30 minutes from all the sites to see: The Salt Marshes 10 minutes away, Guérande, La Baule 15 minutes away. You can park in the driveway of the house in front of the garage or on the street. Linen is not provided. You have blankets, mattress pads and pillows for each bed. Enjoy your stay on the wild coast! A recommander!

Maison simple mais fonctionnelle contenant tout le nécessaire pour passer de très belles vacances. Emplacement idéal entre plage et port. Tout peut se faire à pied. Accueil chaleureux et communication très facile avec les propriétaires. A recommander! facilfaclipropriétaires

Un reproche à faire au gite qui n'est pas mentionné dans la description : pour accéder à la chambre dortoir, un escalier très raide partant du garage,ce qui ni agréable ni pratique.

excellent séjour

Gite dans un quartier très calme, conforme à l'annonce, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une très bonne semaine. Terrasse et jardin très agréable, même si nous n'avons pas été gâtés par la météo. Propriétaire réactif immédiatement dès qu'un soucis se présente.

Excellent séjour au croisic, à refaire

Merci cet excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable . Sa situation est optimale à 10 min de la plage et 10min du port et du centre ville . La maison est très bien équipée et l’accueil formidable ! Merci beaucoup
