Villa with a swimming pool surrounded by cork oak trees.

In a small village in the Aspres, I offer you my house, air-conditioned, with swimming pool (open from June 14th to September 20th), where I live part of the year, for a holiday in the shade of the cork oaks.

At your disposal two bedrooms, a bathroom, an open kitchen and a living room. A private exterior with a 7x4 m swimming pool with security alarm, large terrace and its lazing area with a gas plancha, two parking spaces inside the property.

Details, my daughter lives on the first floor of the house. She has a floral creation workshop that does not generate visits. The entrance to her apartment is independent of that of the travelers. Only the entrance to the land is shared. She has two cats and two horses that are next to the house. From your outdoor space (terrace, swimming pool, pool house) you can see the horses. It is possible that this summer they will go to the summer pastures, but if this is not the case, I prefer to inform you.

My daughter does not use the pool, this space is only for tenants.

Clarification for holidaymakers with a dog, the property is not fully fenced.

The beaches of Roussillon, the Pyrenean mountains, the small Catalan villages and Spain just a few kilometres away.
Perpignan center is 22 kms, Spain 26 kms, the first beaches 30 kms, the Museum of Modern Art of Céret 18 kms, the mountains of the Pyrenees and its high altitude lakes 80 kms, Andorra 170 kms...

Spain a few kilometres away and that's another discovery, enjoy tapas, discover the charming village of Cadaques, visit the Dali museum and why not even go to the Catalan capital Barcelona...

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful location

A very nice accommodation with a perfect household awaited us. The landlady Valerie is very friendly and helpful. The place and the surrounding area are very remote and offer the opportunity for unforgettable walks with beautiful views without unnatural noise emissions. We will come back...

Well-equipped, comfortable property in lovely location

Good communication from Valerie from the outset ensured we had everything we needed, and were able to find the house easily on our first day. The property is very well-equipped and beautifully furnished - like a real home, not just a holiday property - with the added benefit of cooking basics (oil, seasoning, sugar etc) provided. It wasn't as remote and quiet as we had expected from the property details, with other neighbouring houses, and Valerie's son living in an annexe downstairs. However, other than some occasional noise, it didn't detract from our stay. The outdoor kitchen was a particular bonus as it caught the morning sun but then provided shade, and also shelter from the wind (which happened to be very strong on some of the days we were there) whichever direction it seemed to blow. The house is in a great location for mountains, beaches, castles and local towns, all within an hour's drive. All-in-all, a lovely place to stay, with a great host, in a beautiful part of France and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Weitere grössere Supermärkte in 15 min Entfernung .
