Perched on the 6th floor, Seawind 601 boasts a spacious private balcony accessible from both the living area and the Primary bedroom, offering unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico. Step inside to discover a Primary suite designed for utmost comfort and luxury, featuring a King bed with a memory foam mattress, a walk-in closet, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private bath where you can indulge in relaxation.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and a 55-inch flat-screen TV, while a cozy bunk room with a Twin-Over-Full bunk and a 32-inch flat-screen TV provides a charming space for younger guests to retreat to. All mattresses are equipped with memory foam, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. The living room features a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements, as well as a flat-screen TV and balcony access.

Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Wasn’t too terrible. Ended up having roaches in the condo the last 2 days. Beds weren’t the greatest. Neither was the couch. But location was perfect and easy beach access.

Love the location!

The condo was very nice but needed some better furniture. The couch and big chair was not very comfortable. The furniture on the balcony was great though.

Live and Learn

Had stayed at this property in various condos previously. This unit was fine - except needed a new sofa sleeper/mattress (was lumpy and stained), Well stocked. The experience with this rental agency was such that we personally will not rent from them again.

The first bedroom is very small. One light and the bulb was so low, couldn't see anything. There was trash in the top bunk under the springs that you saw from bottom bunk. The fan in second bedroom didn't look safe and only one light bulb. It is a decent place but needs some updates.

Great Location

Being right on the beach with a pool and hot tub was awesome! The beds were harder than we’d like and there were tv remotes missing and some broken things that needed to be fixed, but we let the management company know and they said they’d fix everything for the next guests. The location is great!

Nice and Cozy

The condo was very clean, cozy and big enough to accommodate adults and teens. I loved being directly on the beach and walking distance to the hangout. Security onsite was very helpful as well.

Spring Break 2024

Communication between property manager and the actual condo security needs to be better. We were told by property manager that there was overflow parking but they never would tell us where, condo security said our only option was parking at Walmart. Property manager also told us extra parking passes were $55 when in reality it was $40 cash only at the security shed. We got several parking tickets and when we took the parking tickets to the security they acted like they had no idea who gave us the tickets. Then the air conditioner wouldn’t go below 75 and had a service message. We contacted the property manager and they told us they put a maintenance order in but no one ever came to do anything. The last night we had to open doors just to get some air flow and to cool off the condo.

Clean & comfy place to stay on the beach

The condo was clean and as pictured. If I had to list one con about the place, it would be that the showers drained slow. Unsure if other condos there have this issue. My family and I enjoyed the condo, loved that it was on the beach and had a pool area for younger children. We would stay here again.

Sea wind Room 601

The room was great lots of space for a family of 8 !! The bunk bed fits three kids could fit four small kids !! Both rooms had bathroom inside the rooms with hallway access from the bathroom! The master’s bed roll was really spacious ! Love the corner balcony !! The check in and check out process was super easy ! Wi-Fi was worked well! Parking was okay. At bust times it could be a little overwhelming but overall it was okay …. The only downfall is during busy times the elevators go pretty slow but the stairwell is directly across the hallway from this particular room and the trash chute! The staff was very informative prior to our arrival and during our stay !! They were easily accessible…Overall I definitely would stay in this unit again we enjoyed ourselves !

Poor quality furniture

The furniture in the living room is in need of replacement. Not a comfortable seat to be found. Master bedroom bed was on the verge of collapse and very noisy with the slightest movement.

Our stay was very comfortable. Condo was clean and true to description. Corner unit. Great view of the beach and ocean. Directly next to Sea&Suds for food and strawberry daiquiri. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

Perfect 🥰

Location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins 🐬 and beach goers. Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated and king bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We will be back.

Simple but great location

Overall, the stay was great. Super easy check in/out. the corner balcony was great! The cons were the elevators and the water pressure. Other than that, it was good.

Not for small children

We had a good stay and a good vacation. We made the best of it. Check in was easy, just a text, same as check out. The children’s pool is nice to have with smaller kids. Our condo was a good size and decorated well. My issue with this property is it is not children safe. You must cross through the parking lot to get to the beach access and pool. The children’s pool is not well maintained, and is covered up with cracks in tile and full of sand at the bottom. They only clean once in the morning. Elevator was down 2 times during our stay. They also place “security guards” in a chair to sit down and push the elevator buttons for you. This took up space from 2 additional people entering the elevator and was unnecessary. In terms of our condo, my concern was the showers. Both showers had terrible water pressure and old, grimey shower heads. It took me up to 20 minutes to rinse out my hair with such low water pressure. There were not enough towels provided for 6 of us (and the property is listed for 8). There was also only one kitchen towel in the entire condo, so while you are hand washing dishes to avoid using your dish washer pod, you have to re-use this one, wet towel. There was only 1 dish washer pod provided for the duration of your stay. This is a requirement as you leave, so house keeping should really be providing at least 2-3 pods for a multi-night stay as you cannot buy dishwasher pods or detergent in travel size. They also seem to sell more parking passes than they have parking spaces. Overall, we will not be back here. The entire condo in itself is not well maintained. If you are looking for a place for young people to stay to enjoy partying, drinking, and hanging out all day, this condo would be fine. If you have children, I would avoid this condo due to the car danger, small children’s area, elevator issues, and amount of drinking/fowl behavior going on here.

The place looks nice but the furniture is horrible. Beds and couches need to be replaced.

I will say the place was clean other than that I will not be staying at the Seawind again. The elevators are horrible so is the parking. Also the beds and couches in the place are so bad. The lighting is also bad. I hate that my mother had to pay so much for this vacation to spend time with her children because she has never seen the beach and she hardly left the room because the elevators were so bad she can't stand for long periods of time.

Great place, not great customer service

I and three friends stayed at this property a few weeks ago, and while it was a cute, well-decorated spot with a great view of the beach and easy access to it, the customer service was not great. They give you a “starter pack” including a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, no hand soap, and one dishwasher pod for any number of days and any number of people staying there (it fits up to 8). We were not excessive consumers by any means, but we did cook a lot in the apartment so we used dishes. We used the dishwasher pod on the second night, and called The customer service number the next day to request one more pod so we could start the dishwasher when we left. Not only was the answer no (in fact, “it’s not going to happen”), but the person my friend spoke to was incredibly rude. We ended up buying more toilet paper and hacking a way to run the dishwasher when we left. If we weren’t as resourceful and intelligent as we are, we might have caused a whole big headache for them with dish soap in the dishwasher - something they might need to anticipate if they’re going to be as rigid as they were in the future. Just drop off a pod and a roll, it’s that easy for a 5-star review.
