Cozy Guest Suite with Hot Tub in Davison

Stay in our private, comfortable guest suite. This lower level hideaway has a keyless entry for self check-in and is accessible by a set of stairs adjacent to your dedicated parking space. Dogs are welcome (with payment of additional pet fee) The comfortable bedroom has a queen sized bed and includes a 32" smart TV. The sleeping alcove has a fun built-in bunk bed with a full sized bed on bottom, and a twin on top. A kitchenette and generous sized living area offer everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Please note that our guest suite is located on the lower level of our family home. The space has its own entrance and private outdoor space. Parking is limited to one car and may be extended to two cars with prior approval. Occupancy is limited to five people. Events and gatherings are prohibited. Commercial photography must be pre approved and may require an additional fee.

I have rented many places in the last few years and this rental is by far the best one. The communication, the cleanliness, all the little extras- snacks, coffee towels- 5 stars across the board is not high enough! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My granddaughter, great granddaughter and I just arrived home today from a pleasant stay in this very clean and attractive apartment. Our host had provided everything we needed except for a stove. Snacks and water were even provided. I would certainly recommend this place.

It was very clean and neat . I was happy we could have our dogs. The only thing(s) I wish were available was a hot plate or air fryer to cook food. I small laundry unit would have been fantastic, but it was OK without it.

Other than our inability to use the hot tub, the property was excellent! Very clean, very organized, and the sheets and towels smelled like they were fresh out of the laundry. Excellent host!

Loved the hot tub and the sheets were so soft. Lots of towels and extras, in case we forgot something, and we were appreciative of the first aid kit because I had scraped my knee the day before arrival. All in all, your place is exactly what we needed so much so that my boys didn’t want to leave.

Home away from home

My family enjoyed our stay. The location is very clean and well decorated. Easy to find and close to parks, grocery stores and restaurants, yet in a quiet cozy setting.

Super clean, everything you need for a weekend away. The hosts included some bottled water and snacks - how thoughtful! The area was quiet. Nice backyard and large front yard perfect for my dog. Grocery shopping and plenty of dinner options just a few minutes away.

Great stay!

This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Michigan. It’s always very clean and the host ensures to have water and snacks for our quick trips. We stay almost exclusively in Vrbo’s but this one is our favorite and most consistent stay for comfortability, cleanliness and hospitality.

Convenient hideaway

This was our second stay here, and it was again a good one. Quiet and private, with a nice fire pit in the yard. Near grocery stores, drug store and restaurants, yet in a quiet neighborhood.
